The facilities and the cleanliness was superb, the host Pavlos was always available to assist. The location very close to the beaches and supermarkets and also a lot of attractions around.

We are fully satisfied with the accommodation, it could be just a little closer to the beach :) In the summer, walking in the hot sun is not the most pleasant experience, and there are no pavements along the roads.

We went on our honeymoon to De Naxia Suites, we are very happy that we chose this accommodation. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and the host, the breakfast was always plentiful, fresh and delicious, our room was cleaned every day, the view from both terraces was beautiful. The jacuzzi was always clean as well. The area was peaceful and quiet, just a little too far from the beach. The host and the receptionist lady were very helpful, any questions or requests we had, they were happy to help. They were also completely flexible to our late arrival.

I would suggest adding a line of continental breakfast option to make the stay even more convenient for guests.

I had a wonderful experience at de Naxias Suites in Santorini. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities like dual TVs, air conditioning in all rooms, and a convenient wardrobe. The cleanliness was impressive, and the attentive room service enhanced my stay. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and towels, including a swimming towel for beach trips. The in-room breakfast, while not fully continental, was decent with Greek yogurt, jelly bread, coffee, and milk. The private jacuzzi on the balcony was a highlight, allowing for relaxing sunbathing after a day at the beach. The provided freezer was a thoughtful addition. Overall, a great stay that combined comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Absolutely, I'd be happy to add that to the review. We were welcomed with warmth during check-in, and the staff's consideration in requesting our flight number due to our late arrival was appreciated. Pavlos, whom I believe is the manager, stood out as exceptionally friendly and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. His team, including his helpful assistant, also made a positive impression with their politeness and professionalism.

That there was not space for sun loungers and we only had chairs in our outdoor area.

Great location to explore the island, close to Perissa beach. The host is very friendly, the accommodation is superb. The breakfast was very nice and contained several healthy foods. Every day room cleaning, several times fresh linen, including beach towels. We also received 2 bottles of water every day, fresh fruit and coffee cups.

A little bit far from the center by walking.

Perfect location for families once it is off season. Near the supermarket, near the beach, near the kids playground (jimbori), near the bus station, bakery and each room has its own private heated jacuzzi. Once it is the main tourist season, the property has some bars in front which I guess will not be suitable for families with babies.

located next to a street. It wasn't an issue for us. but worth mentioning.

We travelled with a 6month old boy and had a good time. This is a great place with a privat whirlpool which was fantastic! We had fresh fruits, and breakfast stuff like toast, marmelade, cornflakes, milk, coffee, etc refilled every day. Bus stop and supermarket are less than 5 min walking distance, beach around 10-15min.

The room was super clean. The host was ever present and the stuff were super nice. Cleaning is done on a daily and even drinking water is provided and all breakfast needs and even fruits.

This is our second time in the villa and we love it Our own Jacuzzi and fridge is filled up everyday with ham cheese butter milk juice jams, also bread and cakes. It is a very comfortable place to stay You want for nothing Staff are very friendly and courteous Will be coming again Thank you x

wifi wasn’t as expected, couldn’t connect as connection was weak. breakfast was the same everyday, not much choice as is given in your room already and not buffet style. shower water pressure was weak.

Next to a busy road and they could do with putting a little bit of storage in the main room and maybe a towel rail and storage unit in the bathroom.

Cozy apartment, spacious enough for 2 people. Private Jacuzzi and being the corner apartment, had full view of the mountain from the Jacuzzi & Sun Bed. Pavlos is super host, responds quickly, offers guidance, suggestions for what to do, how to do and he helps in many ways like booking 2/4 wheeler, food recommendations, etc. He also arranged for Vegetarian breakfast when we requested him2 days in advance. Super market & bakery is walking distance from the property. Clean beach is @ 15mins walk. Property offers Taxi service for Airport pickup & Drop, found it very helpful & economical.

The apartment was too close to the road. Lot of road noise. Breakfast was poor as I paid extra comparied to other property just for the breakfast.

It was clean, great views, close to the beach. Facilities were as expected. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed that.

Everything was amazing. Apartment was bigger than we expected. Accommodation was spotless every single day thanks to the cleaning lady, breakfast included and refreshed everyday which was an excellent plus. Nice to chill in the evening in own private jacuzzi. Pavlos attended to our every need, was so polite and helpful. Will definitely be back.😍
