The room was amazing and renovated! The only negative thing was that the wifi was not very strong (the signal was coming and going) and the blanket that I took from the wardrobe I am not sure if it was clean because it had some hair on it. Despite these, the room is really worth it!

It was very quiet and comfortable! Evi, the owner, is veey friendly and cares about the people on a personal level! She came to pick me up from the airport and she was willing to drop me anywhere I wanted! She provides also homemade apple pie, coffee and pancakes free of charge! I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to see the Greek hospitality!

Evi was a great host.We were given lots of good local advice and Evi provided coffee,cake ,pancakes and yoghurt with honey each morning.A very nice personal touch.Although a short uphill walk to centre the apartment was close to centre of Fira.

Nothing, it’s a bit of an uphill walk to Fira(important to note). And we would have loved some teaspoons in the room as well.

They were super thoughtful and welcomed us with cold water and freshly baked lemon cake. The staff are quick to help and hands on. We had a delicious breakfast as well and they were happy for us to check in early, once the room was ready

Everything was perfect!

The owner is a lovely, very hospitable lady. The villa is located in a quite part of Fira away from clubs and bars but it is within short walking distance to main attractions and a bus station. The view from my balcony was amazing, especially sun rises. There is also a small pool within the property. I highly recommend this property.

The host was amazing, gave us delicious cakes and coffee every morning! The location was ideal and very easy to get around with the public buses only a 10 min walk away! Amazing suites with balcony that overlooked the pool! Loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

The receptionist lady went above and beyond during our stay and made the effort to get to know us. The hotel room was modern with a nice little pool to relax at after a long day of touring. It is also a short 10 minute walk from Fira and the main bus station, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend, amazing place.

There was nothing not to like

Lovely outlook and views, really clean and the pool was immaculate. Evi was the most loveliest friendliest hostess that you could wish for. What really sold us was that Evi cooked a cake or fresh pancakes for the guests every morning and that with a coffee really made a great start to the day. I would recommend anyone to stay here it’s a real gem

Convenient serene location- away from hustle and bustle of Fira, but in walkable distance (12 minutes walking, 5 minutes on atv/scooter). Very clean and spacious room with large bed. Lovely back yard area looking like tropical paradise with shared pool, jacuzzi (hot tub) and sun beds. Generally not often occupied, on couple of occasions we had this area to ourselves. Evi is an absolutely fantastic host, very helpful and accommodating. We have absolutely loved cakes and pancakes with coffee each morning.

Provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was very tasty. Also gave us welcome drinks which was a nice touch. Host even gave us a souvenir gift at the end. You really feel welcomed. Most rooms look like they have a private terrace/balconey & updated marble bathrooms. Pool area was nice as well. I definitely recommend

It was in a quiet location about 15 mins from the caldera. Our host Evie was amazing, she was there to make us feel instantly comfortable on arrival. We had the most amazing breakfasts made for us each morning, the Greek yoghurt, cakes, and pancakes were delicious. The rooms are a perfect size and are cleaned every day before noon, each one off the ground floor had a balcony. Only about 10 rooms in the whole place so it won’t feel super busy. There’s a pool with sun beds, but for us the cool jacuzzi was where we cooled down every day. Great air con and a fridge in the room.

Location isn't the best. You have to walk uphill for 10 mins to reach Fira centre. Manageable but difficult with a kid in extreme heat.

The host was excellent and friendly. Her enthusiasm for her guests made us feel comfortable.She also made good pancakes and served us for free. There was a decent pool and hot tub for guests.

Charming villa in a perfect location in Fira. But what I value the most is the host, Evi. She’s probably been the best host I ever met. Always smiling, caring for us, and giving us precious tips. In addition, every morning she baked a cake for her guests, we could not ask for more!

Very good price and very comfortable and clean room, with a big bathroom. 10 minutes walk from the center of Fira, this allows you to be in an environment without noise, but easily go and return to dinner or watch the sunset. The pool was a real plus, as it is very hot in Greece in summer. She gave us welcome drinks and served us a homemade breakfast freshly made by her. Thank you so much!!!

Our stay at Danaes Villa was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. The room was cleaned every day, with new sheets and towels provided. Evi made delicious homemade sweets for breakfast, along with Greek yogurt and honey, coffee and orange juice. Evi was very welcoming and gave us helpful tips on what to do in Santorini. The villa is in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and just a 10-15 minute walk to Thira town. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and even made friends with Lili, the cat next door. We felt right at home at Danaes Villa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.
