Our stay at Danaes Villa was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. The room was cleaned every day, with new sheets and towels provided. Evi made delicious homemade sweets for breakfast, along with Greek yogurt and honey, coffee and orange juice. Evi was very welcoming and gave us helpful tips on what to do in Santorini. The villa is in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and just a 10-15 minute walk to Thira town. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and even made friends with Lili, the cat next door. We felt right at home at Danaes Villa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you, Evi, for such a memorable stay!

The location was great but it was a 10 minute walk uphill to the main town and bus station. This wasn't really an issue for us, and we were pleased to be out of the main area, but worth mentioning!

Evi was an amazing host. She was extremely kind and helpful. Before we arrived, she helped arrange transport from the port on late notice. When we arrived, she met the car outside and was so welcoming. She spent the time talking us through different things we could do in Santorini and was always around to answer any further questions we had. It was so lovely of her to provide coffee and cake each morning -- the icing on the cake! We would definitely recommend Danae Villa to a friend, such a little gem of a place to stay!

Excellent hostess, she baked and every morning gave us coffee and some biting to start our day. She was there to provide all comfort. On the last day, she gave us dinner and dropped us to the Airport. Evi is an excellent kind hearted lady. Thank you to her and her husband for dropping us to the airport.

Everything was perfect! Mrs. Evi was THE hostess showing true hospitality and giving her herself through this job. We appreciate everything you did for us! The room was clean and tidy and help us keep it that way every day. By foot fira is 15 min walking distance. You can ask Mrs. Evi for everything she will give you the best advice!

Everything was excellent. Villa is vey tidy and clean. Very good location. Out of the busy city centre with only 10 min. To bus station and the centre. Evi was so nice and helpful. She great us every morning with delicious homemade cakes and coffee. Thank you for excellent service😂

The owner prides herself on 9ffering a personal service and it is like going from home to home. Nothing is too much trouble. We were spoilt. I would highly recommend staying at Danae Villas.

Evi is a great host. The location is only a 10 minute walk to Fira town centre so away from the hustle and bustle. Great array of breakfasts and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's actually cheaper to arrange a private transfer with Evi than using the likes of Uber or local taxi companies for transfers to / from the airport, etc. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Rooms cleaned every day as well which was an added bonus.

The room we were in was very humid and there was never natural sunlight, hence it was a bit smelly and impossible to dry our clothes. This was the only min point.

Lovely place a little bit further from the center, but in a quiet area. It was sparkling clean in the room. Evi is a great host and will ensure your stay is as best as possible!

Very nice pool area and the villa feels secluded which is nice. Room felt slightly out-dated but I had a comfortable stay none the less. Host was very helpful with planning activities.

The location was great. Just far outside enough of Thira to be quiet but only a 10 min walk to the main part. The pool and hot tub were great for a little cool down/relax. Whilst it’s not the most stylish hotel the rooms were super clean and cozy and the value for money was great. The owner was absolutely lovely

The only downside is location. If you want to be a short walk away from the town center then this is the place! However where the hotel is located is on a hill and quite steep. Manageable with luggage, but not easy when it is hot. If you book transport then no problem!

The hotel is great and they upgraded us to a room with a private Jacuzzi! It was clean, spacious and private.

The showers are a bit small but for a few days it was fine!

perfect location if you want to explore Fira. the rooms were comfortable with small bathrooms but comfortable beds and good AC. For the price the location, pool and breakfast/coffee facilities were excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us arrange taxis and anything we needed during our stay! Definitely worth the price and was a lovely property overall!

The shower was a bit small but manageable.

The villa is clean, comfortable and located very close to Fira bus stop and restaurants/cafes. The villa has a lovely pool too. Evi is an absolutely wonderful and helpful host. She helped us get a tax at very early hours of the day and ensured we reached safely to the port. Also, she bakes delicious cakes! Thank you very much, Evi! Highly recommend place for your stay in Santorini!
