Nothing at all… everything was perfect.

The property is just amazing… fantastic location in Fira on the eastern side and the pictures on the website are exactly as you see. The facilities are great, spotlessly clean and it is a fairly new property. The room was just wonderful and the layout was just perfect. Loads of power points for charging (both sides of the bed), the bed was so comfortable, the linen and towels were of good high quality and so soft. We had a bar fridge with complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities, bathrobes and a safe. Security at the hotel is very good. Front door is always locked and you get a key for access. The room we booked (A2) suite with sea view, heated pool and had a Hammam (takes a while to heat up but so worth it) in the room and it was great… we also had a plunge pool and access to the garden. The staff here are wonderful, Hina and Dior went over and above for us during our stay. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel so special and had a lovely bottle of wine in the room upon our arrival. We also received a special breakfast on our last day which was great. Communication with the hotel was great and they got in touch prior to our arrival and arranged transfers for us. They then communicated through WhatsApp during the stay to ensure you are having a great stay or if you need anything at all. Any questions we had could be simply answered over WhatsApp or a quick visit to the reception. Hina provided some great local advise on restaurants and bars. This included any recommendations once we had left the property. All in all a great place to stay… 10 out of 10.

It was amazing! The steam room, the pool, the much needed air conditioning and most importantly, Hina & Dior could not do enough for us. They helped us celebrate our honeymoon and my husband’s birthday, and no ask was too big. We had the best time.

As I was working, we did have some internet issues, which I was made aware was due to the bad internet on the island which of course, the staff couldn't control.

Amazing experience while we were on honeymoon. The rooms are stunning and the staff were incredibly helpful, nothing they wouldn't do for us. Very kind and helpful and everything was very clean. Dior, Hina, the cleaners, our driver, everyone made it an amazing stay. The owner too is a very nice and hospitable man. About 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Fira. All their recommendations were spot on for food and activities.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was large, tidy and with lots of amenities. We loved the jacuzzi. Dior and Hina were incredible, giving us lots of tips on restaurants and bars. We loved it.

The warmest welcome from Dior was a great start, followed by the most fantastic room. We had a duplex suite with the bed on the upper floor with the toilet, sink, sofa area and an amazing steam / hamam / shower room below. French doors leading to a small terrace and hot tub overlooking the sea.

We loved everything.

The property was amazing. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The hostess is amazing, she’s was so lovely. Always ready to help and assist. She was excellent. I particularly loved the fact that they checked in with you and support you through out the stay. They made feel so loved and well taken care of. We didn’t want to leave. I recommend 100 percent.

If dinner was also prepared by the hotel and there were different sets of breakfast everyday that would be an added advantage.

My stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic service received by Hannah Manager of the hotel and other members of the staff. They made my birthday special with a special threat of muffins and delightful fruits. You could contact them :Hannah especially and will get your request attended to immediately, it was really nice. The room was very clean so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also nice liked the fruits very much. The suite is a walking distance to the city center and few minutes by car to nearby cities. Overall it was a funtastic experience and will love to visit again.

It was an amazing experience with Cycladic Suits.location room with inside stram room and jacuzzi. Staff was really nice and helpful i want to thanks Dior, Hina, Nadeem, for look after us like their family. I will book Cycladic Suits whenever i get chance to visit Santorini. HIGHLY RECOMMEND:-)))

Amazing place! The room was spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hammam/showering area was a great bonus.The balcony was the best part with the heated pool and beautiful view. The breakfast was also very good. The location was also great; really close to Fira but not in the busy areas. The best part of our booking experience was the stuff! They were so hospitable and helpful that they made us feel like home. As a person that works in the tourism industry myself, im very impressed.
