We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceA table would be nice for the breakfast, as it is served in the room and we had to eat it on the bed, but that's it.
The room was perfect, with a really nice view. The hammam was great, and even though we didn't have time to try the jacuzzi, it seemed great too. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Even when we had left the hotel, they would still give us advice and help us book restaurants.

Since we had just arrived and were not familiar with the area, Hina at the front desk took the initiative to introduce us to local attractions and travel routes. RomaniaWe arrived at 4 pm and the room was still not ready.. However they offered us breakfast to make up for it. Sadly the jacuzzi was not perfectly clean, I think that's because of the people before us.
Breakfast is good and rich. Sauna in the room and the jacuzzi are amazing, view is beautiful and the room very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Pretty close to the center.

Room and premises were constantly cleaned and very well kept. Everything was always in order the way should be. Staff was constantly present to keep everything in order. The manager Hina was always available to help us with our requests, so friendly and kind, I never found another management like that. Dior like her was friendly and always present to satisfy our requests. When u leave the premises, your feeling is you’re leaving friends, not an hotel. Absolutely one of my best experiences

United StatesAlthough we knew there were hills and some steeper climbing, I don't think we were as prepared for it as we should have been. We had to rely on a driver or taxi to get us around more.
The staff is incredible. They were very willing to help with tours and suggestions for dinner. Our view was amazing!
