Very kind hosts from first arrival to departure. As we arrived earlier than expected they made sure that we have enough drinks, organized us trip to Oia and picked us up back to hotel when room was ready. Place has an AMAZING view to Caldera and we really enjoyed it. We travelled with our small kid an he enjoyed all the attention was getting from stuff. Really nice. Everything was really good. Also, at this time of the year, crowds in Santorini are not so big so we really enjoyed visits to Fira, Oia and Imerovigli which are realitvely easy to acess from hotel's location.

Completely personal opinion; we felt that the food options could have been more versatile with all the fresh island ingredients.

The ‘View’ is the USP! Right on the cliff, with a stunning infinity pool. Spacious, beautifully designed, clean & sophisticated decor. We absolutely loved the peace and quiet of the location away from the hustle-bustle of Oia. A Perfect cozy stay to enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

Food and drinks are too expensive. The rooms look old in their design, the bathroom is small and has no towel hook. Many things should be renewed (blinds, leaking shower tap). Even if very kind, the staff looked sometimes inexperienced, especially making many mistakes to our breakfast orders. Overall it did not affect our pleasure.

One of the best spot to admire the Caldera. Everything outside is beautiful, the plants, the walls, the pool, the furniture, the view. You feel like you have the place for yourself, since there are few rooms. They are spacious, as well as the terraces. The staff is eager to serve. Bus stop is close by and you can also walk to Oia or Fira on the famous trail.

One of the highlights of staying at this amazing villas is the breathtaking sea view from the private terrace. Some selected rooms even offer a pool view, adding to the overall relaxing ambiance. Each room had ac, a work desk, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. The TV, along with fresh linens and towels, added a touch of home. Additionally, the safety deposit box in each room provided peace of mind for securing personal belongings. I love it, I would like to recommended to every visitor!

The location, it's far from everything, and their in-house menu was 3x times the price. Hotel need to look at that. Car rental is a must to explore island.

Staying in this complex of villas was a dream come true. Unmatched elegant villa with an expansive terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, great dining room, sofa, tv, a/c and incredible views of the volcano. Dated furniture from couches to tables and chairs and outdoor furniture, dirty windows, broken blinds, shower heads that didn’t work, no ventilation or window on first floor bathrooms of villas. Even adding a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be great. Nicer updated bedding and a mirror in the room would be a great and needed improvement. Overall, still love the stay.

The views from here is out of this world. Quiet location. Brilliant staff. Really great welcome. Stayed for wife’s birthday celebrations and the staff were so accommodating with our requests and actually went overboard to make the day really special. Gerta and Harris such amazing staff. We really felt at home. We would definitely stay again!!!

PICTURES ONLINE DO NOT MATCH ACTUAL ROOMS! No explanation given, no concessions offered and no upgrades. We left after one night, couch and hot tub were broken, furniture missing, really insulting for the money. Management refuses to refund our money and is dishonest. Out of thousands of dollars. Booking.com will not help us. Absolutely the WORST experience.

View is epic, location is rather remote and hard to find. GPS apps are incorrect.

This was last minute booking. Manager let us stay in csky hotel similair room type with jacuzzi after flight got delayed. Lulu was very welcoming and always responsive.
