Problems with the air conditioner that didn't work from the beginning and the location of the air conditioner is a problem if you want to keep it open at night. The bed is too short for someone tall. I expected the room to be bigger.

Breakfast was sufficient, fresh, very varied, just not very different from one day to another.Very well trained and helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed.

Despite pointing out to reception and being told that the problem would be addressed annoyingly many sunbeds were reserved by towels early in the morning. If you happen to get a late breakfast slot I could see this as being a big problem.

Beautiful hotel that was spotlessly clean. Room (with private pool) amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extra mention to Ionna (breakfast waitress). Breakfast selection was second to none!

It was our Anniversary and we were updated to a sea view room. It was lovely. The breakfast was fabulous with lots to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful although a little over keen clearing tables when we had not finished and gone up to get some more food and coffee. A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting.

Not enough sunbeds and despite the hotel having signs saving that you could not reserve a bed some families were saving 6 beds and then disappearing so there was none left form others. There were several arguments at the adults pool during out stay for people who were using a bed that someone had apparent reserved and the hotel did noting at all about this. Wasn't a huge issue for us as we had a small pool and sunbeds with our room but could be for others without this.

We opted for a Penthouse Apartment with a double balcony, pool and sea view because of its size & space as we were travelling with two teenage sons! Sadly, the hot water supply failed during our stay and we were moved to two story Presidential Suite with a private pool but the bedrooms were much smaller. Nevertheless, we were comfortable and the move didn't hinder our enjoyment of our stay.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff - especially Anastasia who helped us resolve an issue with our hot water supply and car hire. Our stay was extremely comfortable - the hotel is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The buffet breakfast was really lovely and we also enjoyed eating at The Emerald Restaurant.

Location was fantastic, but the style & space in the rooms were better than expected. we had four families in our group, so we had three different room types, from a double to a penthouse style; all were wonderful. in addition, they staff and food were exceptional. The included breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh foods; we also had a dinner at the main restaurant and lunch at the pool bar; all were great. The staff were courteous & helpful throughout our stay, including specifically Panayiotis & Zalinda at the pool bar, who were engaging and courteous to our group and the other guests at the pool.

Some of the other receptionists had seriously bad attitudes and would waste our time when we requested for a taxi knowing we were running late. They didn’t communicate with us effectively and we noticed a difference in treatment when interacting with us and other guests. Location. It’s a beautiful property but it’s hard to get around. All the go to places are at least an hour away with the exception of Maraboo Beach and Nidri Waterfall. When Inessa wasn’t around it was harder to get a taxi as some of the other receptionists were not as helpful. We eventually had to arrange with a random taxi driver who helped us get around for most of the trip.

This was my 21st birthday trip and I do not regret choosing Crystal Waters. As soon as we arrived Inessa was so friendly and helpful. She helped my friend and I get around Lefkada, suggested nice places for us to go and even arranged my birthday dinner and cake. She ensured that my trip and celebration was memorable even when she wasn’t physically present or not on work hours. Secondly, the pool bar, pool breakfast and Duende restaurant were nice add-ons which made my stay more enjoyable. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and pleasant people. Finally, the hotel gave me a bottle of wine at the end of our stay which I really appreciate.

The communal toilets could have been cleaner. My room was next to a launderette/staff accommodation?! Could hear a washing machine...lots of talking. Shower door leaked so the bathroom floor was always wet. Massage I booked was lovely, but the treatment room was in a staff area so could hear phones ringing/staff talking.

The staff were brilliant, the food was delicious and the facilities overall were really good.
