United StatesNo hooks in shower to hang towels or in toliet area when changing. One in the whole place. Bed is a little firm. Hot tub was very cold our first nt we were shivering. Staff fixed it the next day for us.

United KingdomThis is our second time staying in this gorgeous hotel. Location wise is great - a few minutes walk away from Imerovigli town centre and about 30-min walk away from Fira city centre. I rated my experience 9 out of 10 because I felt the check-in and general customer service lacked the "wow" factor we experienced during our stay two years ago. While it was still wonderful, it didn't quite meet the 5-star standard we're accustomed to. We had to handle our own luggage, greetings from staff were inconsistent as we walked around the complex, and we were occasionally overlooked at breakfast, possibly due to the busyness. These may seem like small details, but I believe these details are what make 5-star properties unique. But then again, all in all, it's a great stay.

IsraelAlthough it looks on the map that the hotel is located closer to the west coast, it is actually facing the east coast, yet, view is great. Not enough shades at the main pool when you need some rest from the sun. In the rooms, hands & face towels' racks are missing near the sink.
The service of all staff members was exceptional. Every place at the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The private pool was great as well. the water temperature is adjusted for your request. Great breakfast.
