We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaThe enterance to the sea is rocky, hard to get in. It is near the airport, the noise of the airplanes could be annoying.
Staff was really kind and helpful, breakfast is very good with a lot of options. In the vicinity of the hotel are a lot of restaurants and bars.

RomaniaA very nice experience! The whole staff gave us many useful tips! Advantages: Very comfortable bed, very silent air conditioning, varied and very tasty breakfast, private beach with sunbeds, a la carte restaurant, swimming pools and free parking. The noise of the planes did not bother us, although it might seem disturbing to others. From the hotel, you can reach any part of the island in a maximum 30 minutes, with a buggy.

RomaniaThe check in was very late. We arrived at 8.00 in the morning and we had to stay until 15.00 to get to the room. We were extremely exhausted after a night without sleep and it was difficult for us to wait so long. Because I didn’t have proper access to my luggage I stayed in the sun without sunscreen and I burned my skin. Other than that, the internet is not working properly.
Staying at Costa Grand was the best decision. The hotel is located in the quiet part of the island. Santorini has some famous but crowded places that a lot of tourists visit, so it was always nice to be able to return to this quiet and relaxing hotel. Another great facility of the hotel is the fact that it is located at one of the nicest beaches on the island. The hotel was very clean and the food was very tasty.

AustraliaWe had a split level room/mezzanine and it was soooo hot up there regardless of what temp/how long the aircon was on for. We had a baby monitor with us to watch the kids sleep while we sit out front and the temp would sometimes read 30/32 up there.
Lovely staff!! They remembered the kids names and would engage in conversation with us and this all the time. Breakfast was delicious such a large variety. Beach front. Soooo clean! Every morning I’d wake up to see staff everywhere mopping floors cleaning sun bed! Ramps everywhere which made it very easy to get around with the kids/pram. Staff helped with everything from taking luggage to and from our room, and even taking us by buggy!
