United Arab EmiratesAdult areas are like normal area. No one is enforcing strictly. Overpriced restaurants. Overpriced overall services. Even for transfer you have to pay EUR60 and if you call special limo service with Mercedes E series, you can pay EUR40. Same for boat services, this is forcing you to go and take this services elsewhere with extra hassle. Buffet is not very suitable for muslims especially during breakfast. A lot of pork stuff and limited beef.

United Arab EmiratesAC is very poor in common area like hotel lobby, main restaurant breakfast the inside shall have a portable AC if the main AC is not working especially when food ; a lot of BEE in most of the island i suggest to add a jar filled w Greek Coffee powder and a charcoal or a simple fan on each table to distract the BEE... TV option u shall allow screen mirror or allow to rent for a TV channels movies limited in English

The location is stunning almost a private peninsula with several beaches with 2 pools and 2 beaches , 1 of them for adults . The staff is professional , nice , kind , welcoming , accommodating and always ready to solve any issue that could arise . The room was very confortable with a great balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea They have 4 restaurants managed by a very charming young man Orestis Tzaferis and his awesome team , which includes a young knowledgeable sommelier always ready to advise you about how to pair your dishes with great Greek wines .Remarkable restaurants are Yali , Marlin’s and Trattoria , all different with high quality proposals .Definitely a place to stay in Corfu

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Israel1 I booked Deluxe bungalow first floor, but we got family bungalow with shared pool. Nobody explained for me why that happened, and only next day , after requesting the room was changed. It’s not really the same room type It’s good for families, but not for couples. 2. Every day something was absent in our room so we had to call to reception It’s not a big matter , but at this level of hotel the service have to be perfect

United KingdomMy only complaint is about food available at kids club (mostly unhealthy - white bread basic sandwiches, sugary yoghurts) and the time that lunch started for kids in the main restaurant (12:30… many little ones eat much earlier and nap by 12:30)
The best review I can give this resort is to say that we are already looking to book our stay next year (and that was before we even left). I did a lot of research before booking of other resorts in the area, and we are so glad we chose this one. Superb in every way… we actually felt like we had a holiday with our 22 month old. Playing on the beach or in the pool, kids club or gardens. A truly incredible place that doesn’t feel like a resort at all as it’s classy and well designed so adults feel they are also getting a break. The mini gown and slippers, and baby shower products in the room were adorable. The hotel staff were all so accommodating. If you book, download the app and make restaurant bookings in advance in high season. Free shuttle to old town was amazing (even with a high seat).
