I stayed in a Deluxe room (room 135). There was nothing deluxe about it to be honest. It was clean and maintained - but for sure not deluxe. If this was advertised as a standard room I would have been happy. The gym was poor with a broken treadmill, broken bench and poor lighting - but I guess it isnt used that often. Despite being so close to Magaluf, the hotel was very quiet and for me in an ideal location - if you want to avoid climbing hills to get to reception - enter at the sea level next to the pool and take the lift to what floor you want.

The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean and location perfect. Beds were comfy and hotel quiet at night.

People reserving sun lounges (4 sun beds were reserved) 2 days in the rows and those please shows up around 4 o'clock. It should be monitored, if nobody there for the last 30 min the towels should be taken out and placed in a designated area and freed up for people who would like to use it.

Everything was amazing, starting from check in, rooms, view, food, pool, beach, location... I would stay in Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca again and again :) Thank you for nice vacation

They dont use enough spice. I am from Hungary and we have the best kitchen in the world so level is high but still. There were 2 matrasses instead of one in the room which was uncomfortable a bit because they moved. Also there were too much cover blankets on the matrasses and also none of them were stable, they all moved. The bathing cabin was open so the water always spilled on the floor. The snack/drink bars had too few people who could serve so there were long rows.

The staff members were icredibly friendly, they helped a lot and were super nice. The hotel was nice as well, big variety of foods.

The air conditioning was making a squeaky noise on our first night, but after a complaint it got fixed. Pool is only open from 10-6 and that makes no sense.

the location of my room was over looking the trade exit and as there was renovations going on it didn't look great but a i was there for work it wasnt important. parking was difficult

The shower in the room was smelly, we contacted the reception when we arrived and they immediately sent someone to clean it but the shower kept smelling every day as it was the drainage system ! I had to get something myself to cover the drainage at night so we could sleep The mattresses were not comfortable, and I preferred to sleep on the sofa bed as it was more comfortable We booked all inclusive with 3 meals and open snack bar ,yet after the staff saw us filling our water bottle from the water fountain in the restaurant after dinner, they put a sign that this is not allowed. It Is WATER !!! I was put off, as it was all inclusive but no water in the room to drink?

The location is great we booked the balcony view room which was a great size for couple and tge pool was clean and food was tasty as we booked all inclusive and they had wide range

The view was absolutely amazing, best sea view I've seen. Really liked the food, Santiago in the restaurant was super friendly and made us feel very welcome, hes brilliant.

We paid for the all inclusive package however we rarely managed 3 drinks at both lunch and dinner, so would go full board next time. It would’ve been great if there were a couple more vegan options in the buffet. Shower was cold at times.

Beautiful location with easy access to the beach and local bars. The pool was lovely, and there was a lot of variety in the restaurant. The staff were amazing, in particular Alberto the activities coordinator who was a lot of fun, and Santiago in the restaurant who went above and beyond.

When you came for check in they probably will offer you “an upgrade” to apartment room, this is not an upgrade, they probably just want to earn some money on this. We booked one comfort double room and one apartment room. And during check in they told us that we got second room as well apartment one, you can either refuse or accept it. Apartment room is a bigger one but it is in building like 15 meters away. Not in the main building. Hotel room is a smaller but with the nicer view. But don’t be scared to demand what you booked. Room furniture should be renovated. And the main problem is a bed, it wasn't just a double bed it was two beds that shifted together, but they were constantly moving apart, they were both on wheels, it was simply unbearable, and the main problem of the hotel, I had never seen such bad beds. If you are a couple that can spoil the romantic mood in the evening. Fix that please.

We came there 11 o’clock in the morning, with the bus from airport till palmanova and had to walk about 700m to the hotel. Location probably one of the best in this city for the hotel, it is on top of a peninsula. With the wonderful sea view. It is a big hotel with a nice stuff, good facilities. Buffet had a good and big choice of food, every day something new, but if you will get half board you would only be able to drink water and no soft drinks, coffee etc. I would also like to mention Santiago every day he greeted us with a smile and gave us good mood during the buffet, nice person. Overall we had really good stay there. In the evening it is best time to chill to party to enjoy the view, city.

We were disappointed when we checked in that our room which we paid extra for was not as expected (twin beds with a sofa and sea view) . Needed to change room 3 times in one day. Took us much time and energy of changing rooms till we got the correct room as we ordered. Talked to the supervisor and the manager and asked for refund for the first night because it was not our mistake that we got wrong room and they said they do not have this policy to refund despite the mistake. But instead of that invited us for some drinks but we said no thank you. So if you get wrong rooms and ask for refund so it will not happen (due to our experience). I have traveled many times and same issue exactly happened to me sometimes in other places. The hotel managment apologize for the mistake and make a partly refund for the nights that we get uncorrect rooms for. But obviously not this hotel. The AC system did not work good. We reported for it two times to fix it but sadly same problem so it was hot inside the room for the whole period we stayed there.

Great position and near to everything (beach,restaurants..etc). The hotel staff were so kind and friendly .The food was good and there is many types to choose from. Very good hygien and rooms cleaning.
