Staff. During our four-day trip, our room wasn't cleaned for four consecutive days. We didn't call the reception because we think it's UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HOTEL OF THIS STANDARD. Really need to improve this as soon as possible

There is a visible Hotel improvement thanks primarily to the professionalism of Hotel Manager Mr. Fridas, but still many things in the hotel feel like more improvements are necessary. The weakest side is definite lack of staff and non-local staff who can be very rude. If you are lucky enough to come across a local staff then you are OK. Housekeeping was not working actively enough. Because we had the private pool, the need for the towel exchange was high. We needed to call too many times to get something happen.. They did bring us the new towels but did not collect the old ones from the bathroom floor. SO much annoying and slippery to have wet floors most of the time. Without this experience I would have given 10 points!

We felt ourselves so much welcomed upon the check-in! Our room was amazing with a private pool and the view to the ocean was spectacular. Special thanks to Elena at the a la carte restaurant, Eva and Vasilis at the pool bars to make our experience more rememberable.

Cleaning need improvement. Hotel is full of swallows and their nests, which is very serious problem for hygiene in public areas. Housekeeping also need some lessons , bit it is finally very nice place and we are happy with our stay..

The location and access to the hotel is a huge disadvantage for those who want to go out and travel in the area, a car is required!

We loved the service and kindness of hotel staff members, the peace and quiet that were in the hotel. The hotel is perfectly designed and very beautiful! The breakfasts and dinners were overall good but you need to diversify the dishes

Stuff. We had four days trip, three days noone cleaned our room. We asked for it on day 2nd-nothing happened, on day third again-nothing happened, then we called general manager solve this problem. But it is very bad for this range hotel.

The fact that u had to wait in line outside for de breakfast because there were not enough space inside ( it rained 4 days in a row and they did nothing to open the other restaurant for breakfast)

The negatives I could say were the food was average and could be improved - breakfast buffet did offer a variety of options, but I do think the quality of food could be better. Secondly, the pools were freezing - which obviously when you’re in 30 degree heat can be nice, but you can’t stay in there for long! Lastly, the beach you can go to by the hotel wasn’t that nice - we were expecting it to be better. I would say if you can hire a car, definitely do it so you can explore other beaches etc.

Our stay at Cora Hotel & Spa Resort was excellent! Would highly recommend staying here - the resort was absolutely stunning and great value for money. You have a variety of bars, two restaurants and loads of pools to relax by. The quality of furniture used throughout the hotel (including inside the hotel and by the pool) were really excellent - they absolutely deserve being a 5* hotel. The rooms were really great - we had a deluxe double room with sea view and had everything you could want. Staff were very accommodating and friendly - couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend getting a car so you can explore the town of Afytos - lots of restaurants and bars to explore!

very poor service, it doesn’t correspond with 5 stars hotel (just few small details: there is no water in the room, you should buy every day, you even should buy coffee capsules if you want to make coffee in the room, even 3 or 4 star hotel have free coffee in the room) the staff is not client oriented and sometimes they look very unprofessional, they have a lot of limitations that are very strange as for 5 stars hotel. It looks like the hotel works in testing mode but they take the full price in this time, so it was very overpriced in that circumstances.

We got a private swimming pool. The swimming pool is nothing but private - everyone can see you and they walk around you like you are an anima in the zoo. It needs covering. The food needs upgrading. the room's shower overflows into the bathroom, needs better tilting on the floor or a way to stop the water from coming out.

Absolutely incredible interior for the room, really modern, really well designed, great location, super friendly amazing staff, great parking, great public swimming pools and pool bar, a very good breakfast buffet.

There was no room cleaning or fresh towels throughout our entire stay, although we requested it many times. No beach towels provided. The minibar was not refilled. And the parking needs an upgrade, there is no shade.

The room was great, the pool area,too. The food was delicious.

Well....welllll... there is ONE PROBLEM ( unfortunately): CLEANING!!!!! Or better said: NO ONE MAKES YOUR ROOM UNTIL YOU MAKE SCANDAL!! Sorry Cora Resort..but this is you only problem!! I can understand that this in caused by the lack of personal, but the attitude of the staff at the reception ( saying only i"m sorry) it is outrageous..including the manager here that had never interfered when we were aguing and complaining!! This is the only minus that exists and I hope next months and next year will disappear!

Gorgeous hotel, stunning view, great pools, excellent breakfast full with everything for every taste ( congrats to all the staff serving us in the morning whom were attentive with all of us) , great spa ( congrats to all those who work at spa, including Cristina and all the others ( i had a very relaxing chocolate massage).. resort very close to Afytos village ( very nice with a lot of tavernas with great greek food) and also very close to Khaliteea ( a bigger village with night life and good tavernas). I will come back for sure!!!

The staff is not welcoming, we had 4 rooms booked, two of them were ready only at 5pm. One of the rooms was given to us, and when we entered, there were other people's suitcases in it. The hotel is understaffed, so the rooms weren't cleaned for 3 days, even after we complained repeatedly. It's a shame that such a beautiful place is not managed appropriately.

The facilities are amazing. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the view is unbelievable.

Only downside is the website advertised there was a shop and watersports and we saw no sign of either so whilst four days chilling was fine we would have been bored if staying a full week as no idea how to get to nearest town. We had also paid for sea view which our room def was not and was too busy at check in to queue to change this but at the end of the holiday the manager wrote off our room bill so that seemed fair compensation.

Room was very spacious and private pool lovely and clean. Beds were so comfy, shower powerful and always plenty of hot water loved nice touches like fruit bowl, wine, coffee etc and liked the fact there were two sinks and separate toilet from shower. Well laid out with plenty storage space. Meals at night were particularly good with lots of a variety, well cooked and nice flavours, esp enjoyed the Greek night. Breakfast was fine tho maybe a bit repetitive and some of the cooked options weren’t that tasty. The hotel is in a beautiful spot with nice beach and views, pool areas all clean and comfortable nice music to chill to, small but adequate gym and my friend had massage at spa which she said was great.. also great cocktails at bar in evening.

The water splashs from the private pool entered in the room. The air conditioning didn't work and was not repaired during the stay. Slow service at the bars. We asked for room upgrade with the room next to our which was refused although it was free for the entire stay. The minibar is serviced only upon request. The room service does not answer the phone. The food at the main restaurant is not impressive.

45 minutes drive from thessaloniki, a cub costs us around 80 eur. the food at the diner is not that good... the desserts also... it has to be improved! the pastries were dry, the cakes weren't tasty at all.

the hotel is perfect! great location with beautiful sea view and a beach !! its new and clean. has 3 amazing pools! good breakfast! the room with the private pool is a dream! very nice staff! 5 minutes drive there's a nice village with great restaurants.
