Shower fixture/fitting needs to be replaced. Apart from that there were no issues at all.

What a fantastic place to stay. If you're looking for 5 star with bathrobes and slippers, then this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for fantastic views, an apartment with a few steps down to a sandy beach, very friendly service, close to bars, restaurants and shops, then look no further! This place is right on Markis Gialos beach, has a bar and restaurant and still close to all other amenities. Konstantinos was very friendly and generous, as were all the staff, he let us check out at 5pm as our flight was at 7pm, charged less than he should have for our drinks and food. It's so relaxing going to bed with the only sound you can hear are the waves lapping up onto the beach.

If I had to choose one thing that we didn't like, it was the pillows. That's probably because we're spoiled with our smart foam pillows at home. Although I would probably invest in some better pillows.

Everything was really great, especially the location. I've read some reviews saying facilities are basic, which is true, but what do you really need on a holiday? It has a cooker, fridge, shower, bed, AC, and pretty much everything else we needed. Apartment was clean daily and sheet was changed every 3 days which was great. The location is perfect: directly on the beach with the beach bar just below the property (same owner) and very close to the main street (6-7 minutes walk) where all the shops and restaurants are. If I ever come back to Kefalonia, I'm quite certain I'll try to book the same place again! P.S. Don't go here if you don't like cats! :) There are a lot of stray cats, and we made some new friends! Facilities were basic, they could do the job but weren’t amazing. We didn’t require many of them as we ate out during the day and evening but if you are looking for a good working kitchen it might not be the best.

I liked everything, I am not fussy so I didn't find anything wrong, maybe bigger pillows as I like big ones but that is me, everything in general was great.

Everything was amazing, the host were very kind, polite, helpful and friendly. it's a family business and everyone was really nice to us and we loved our stay. the location was amazing with a beautiful view to the beach, a snack bar under our bedroom with an amazing terrace to have our coffee and read in the morning, to have a sandwich as a beach snack, and to watch the sunset with a cocktail. Marina's sandwiches were amazing! the room was comfy, not noisy, dark enough to sleep well, perfect size for me and my husband, with a good size fridge to have some drinks or food, small kitchenette, with utensils. if we needed anything like an iron they lent us one. I loved staying here it was a true gem and I really want to go back to visit the amazing people we met and to enjoy the beautiful beach and city of Kefalonia.

This place was absolutely amazing, I can't put into words how lucky we felt to have found these apartments. Accomodation is basic but perfectly clean, tidy and we had everything we needed, the price is unbeatable for what we received. I couldn't believe the view from our balcony..the most beautiful sea! Relaxed snack bar downstairs looking over the sea and everyone we encountred was aboslutely lovely I would have no hesitation in reccomending constantinos apartments to anyone and hope to visit again for a longer stay sometime soon!

The bed and pillows were a little hard.

This location is perfect directly facing one of the best beaches in Kefalonia. We had to go down the stairs and ask the bartenders at the little beach bar to call someone to let us in but it was very easy and quick and they were super helpful. The owner of the property was incredibly kind and friendly and stored our bags for the afternoon after we checked out. Highly recommend this quaint little place!
