We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The host had excellent communication with us as soon as we booked which made our self check in easy and smooth. The apartment is very modern like the pictures. Our favourite facility was the quirky shower. Every day we were able to cook breakfast, make coffee, come home after exploring all day and cook substantial dinners whilst eating it in front of our Netflix on the TV. We felt right at home. The location was average, but the apartment is within walking distance of the foreshore and city centre as well as being next door to 2 supermarkets and a few cafes and restaurants. The room at night can be noisy at times with neighbours above and below, however the windows do their best to shut out noise and we still go great sleeps. Overall we loved our stay and thought it was great value for money ! Would highly recommend 😁

North MacedoniaThe apartment is on a very narrow street and it was little bit difficult for us to approach the apartment with the car. The parking is a very big problem in the area, so it was little bit inconvenient since we were traveling with small child. Even though there are paid parking lots in the area, most of them are full for the weekend. However, this is not host's fault, and if you don't have to take your stroller with you, you should be fine with the location :)
The apartments was very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly and easy to arrange everything with. You can see that a lot of love was put into the apartment and it was great for our family.

GermanyThis is one of the nicest (if not THE NICEST) place where we’ve stayed. The flat is indeed so cozy, clean, and comfortable - there’s everything a traveller might need! The location is outstanding- close to the attractions and yet in a quiet neighborhood with MANY grocery shops, cafés, and restaurants, and good connections to public transport. The host was kind and friendly! We’d love to return to this accommodation! ❤️ P.S. For anyone wanting to explore further destinations: Moovit app works great for public transport schedule & transits!

Sotiris' place was such a hidden gem in Thessaloniki! It is located slightly out of the tourist parts, but still in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The place is as seen in the picture and so impeccably clean. It really is cozy and comfortable and a great refuge in a busy city such as Thessaloniki. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Sotiris asked for our flight time ahead of time and was able to accommodate our schedule as our flight was delayed to meet us for the keys. He also helped answered our questions and it really made our stay.

Being in the city centre was the ideal location as we could find anything within a very short walk. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed (wifi, towels, extra duvet when it got cold, all bathroom/kitchen necessities etc.). The host was friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay was perfect even before arrival. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Thessaloniki!

The name of the property describes its purpose. It was cozy clean and close to everything. We felt like home, the owner was extremely helpful and kind. We had access to every possible place we wanted to visit as its close to centre and the apartment had every facility you might need. Apartment was warm and quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom included all the necessary detergents.

RussiaJust as a side note - you won't have a late check out option or luggage storage. Although there is a nice CityLockers facility (need to install smartphone application and register online for use) which is close to Airport Bus route and not too far from the apartments.
The apartment itself is perfect. They are clean and nicely designed. You have lots of utencils and dishes. It is located a little bit on the hill and a bit off center. There is a 24/7 ExpressMarket just a minute away for a quick buy.

Great location, comfortable. The host was especially accommodating and met us before the actual check-in time. Even though the apartment is in the city, it was quiet at night and in a small side street so there was no noise at night.
