The apartment is large and very clean. I just have to point out that I'm very sorry and that I slept very poorly in the double bed. They should invest in new furniture for the room as it is clearly very old and compromises rest.

The hostess was very helpful in helping us understand whether our ferry to our next destination would be canceled or not and what options we would have and even called the tourist information office. He booked us a transfer to Porto for a fair price and picked us up on time at the door. Good location with supermarkets and restaurants and cafes and a bus stop just around the corner. To get to Fira we have to walk about 20 minutes but on a busy street, no problem.

Easy access to fira. There was a nearby local restaurant and cheap car rental. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this place is good.

I booked a double bed for my husband and I, but we were provided two singles pushed together. However, I thought this might happen given what other reviews said. The shower head is hand held only.

Considering that this is holiday accommodation and a person needs comfort I think the cost is too high for the location and general quality of the accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful, room clean but everything quite old. The bathroom is really at the limits of decency. It would take very little to improve and offer a better service to justify the price.

The room was not fully cleaned when we just checked in. There was a used dental floss in the toilet and plastic bottle in the wardrobe. Two single beds were provided instead of one double bed despite requested during booking (but we're prepared for that after reading the reviews). No blanket was provided. Poor soundproof that we always heard doors opening and closing from other rooms.

The location is suitable for us since we don't like noisy places - this accommodation fits us perfectly, a quiet town with 20mins walk to Thira. Considering the price it's okay, as long as not having high expectations.

where to begin with this?? we booked and paid for an apartment that had 2 bedrooms and a pair of sofa beds in the lounge/kitchen-included (as per attached booking confirmation) when we arrived the manager lady told us that bedroom #2 was not included in the price and we needed to pay an extra 15€ cash to have the door unlocked, I showed her the booking confirmation but she refused to unlock the door unless I paid her the cash upfront. I also told her the air conditioner in bedroom #1 had no controller and she told me that was an extra charge to use the air conditioner. be aware that all is not what is seems on your booking confirmation.

location was good and there are some very nice restuarants close by. everything worked and the apartment was very nice.

First night it was very noisy and you could hear everyone walking in and out and talking up until 5am.

Christina Pension offers a nice stay for budget travelers as accommodation for such an affordable price on Santorini is a rare thing. Although, communication via messages was a bit confusing and let us wondering whether everything will be fine (especially, after reading other reviews), it turned out to be a question of language barrier, and the host was actually very nice and helpful in the real life. The room was quite small, but we had a spacious terrace with a table and chairs where we could enjoy our meals in a shade. In other reviews it was stated that they had some problems with cleanness - although, some renovation would do only good (especially, for the bathroom), everything was clean. When we wanted the cleaning lady to come, we left the green sign on our door (important to do so!), and the room was freshly cleaned afterwards. Place is located in a walking distance from the center of Fira, there are some restaurants and shops nearby. Good deal for the price!

Slightly difficult to access as instructions are not very clear. You will wash the toilet as you're showering since the curtain doesn't close in between those (not a problem for me as a solo traveller but worth mentioning).

The owner might seem rough around the edges when messaging, but that is due to a basic command of English and she is actually lovely!

The furniture and bathroom are old, and cleanness should be better.

Our host, Christina's daughter, was really hospitable and helpful. The pension has good location, very close to bus station and on walking distance to Fira. Room has a nice terrace.
