Nothing, it was perfect.

The views were spectacular, the position was perfect, Firostefani is an ideal place to stay, away from larger crowds of people, but yet just a short picturesque walk to Fira (10 mins), and a 25 min air-conditioned bus ride to Oia for only €2 (or an incredible 2 hour cliff top walk with amazing views). Great choice of restaurants and quick food shops, so many to choose from and shopping! The staff at Chic hotel were welcoming and friendly, made our stay so enjoyable. The bed was so comfy too! We loved the quiet location of this hotel, set amongst similar style rooms on the cliff.....amazing! Rest in the pool and take in the glorious views of the Agean sea and the many islands you can see.

Fantastic staff! They were brilliant, always pleasant and helpful. If you need anything, they immediately sort it out. The place has an amazing view of the caldera and sunset. Comfy bed, room was clean, and tidied up every day. Really good breakfast, delivered to your room every morning at the time of your choosing. Very pleased overall.

Fantastic place, a proper dream! Staff super friendly and helpful, stunning view, big breakfast included. They can help you celebrate special occasions with cake / bottles upon request. Situated 10 mins walk from the centre but not in the annoying crowd of Santorini - has very delicious restaurants / kebab / ice cream places literally 1 min waking. Couldn’t ask for more !!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The room has a great size with a great bathroom too. The best part of the stay was the amazing staff and the view . Receptionists and the rest people there were kind and helpful. We had breakfast delivered in our room- superb. A great value for money choice in general. We will definitely stay at Chic again.

There was a wonderful balance of caretaking and hosting with privacy. We immediately felt welcome. The breakfast here is delicious and fresh, and the staff genuinely cares about your stay. All of the design touches in the room and the common areas, added to the air of thoughtfulness and attentiveness. Any conversation we had with staff was both lighthearted and heartwarming. Spending a day here truly felt like a gift, and we hope and plan to return.

we really enjoyed our stay. the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. the suite was super clean and unique. soft cottons and towels. the view is beyond imagination. the transfer service has fair price and there are a lots of things to do in the neighboorhood. we will visit it again , that's sure!

Stunning view to caldera and sunset. It was our second time in Santorini but our first time at Chic. We felt in love with this beautiful hotel. The location is unbeaten in walking distance with lots of choices. The room was very clean and has amazing design details. Staff was professional and knowledgeable about all the island activities. Breakfast was served in the suite which was very convenient and peaceful. Oia is easily reachable by car or bus, but the sunset at firostefani is the same with Oia’ s without having any crowds. An absolutely incredible stay! We wish we had booked longer. The view is amazing, the suite was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was served in our suite and we much enjoyed it with the best view . The hotel facilities were also great with 360 view to sunset and caldera. Pool has a magical view too! The staff was the best thing about the place. They are so lovely and always go over and above for guests. We booked a massage in our suite. It made our day 😊

AC wasn’t designed to cope with the extreme exposure to the Greek summer sun - 8 hours/day. At their calling price, we expect everything to be perfect, and it wasn’t. This is an absolute no-go

The room I booked for the kids has a spa in it unfortunately the smell from the spa was very strong. Kids struggled a little.
