United KingdomBreakfast was nice but not exceptional. It’s not obvious from day one that water bottles can be requested for free.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The hotel and rooms were spotless and really spacious. The reception staff were great in recommending some fabulous restaurants when asked and also booking them. Water bottles large or small were free but you had to ask for them, which we didn’t know the first 2 days. The location was perfect, really close to the beach, supermarket and main strip but also a few minutes away to not be in the middle of the busyness! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our holiday even more enjoyable.

United KingdomIt was mostly perfect. Maybe the internet - there seemed to be a device limit. But otherwise it worked well and was fast. And there were connections throughout the hotel not just in the room.
Excellent view - the sea and the mountains; good gym for a hotel; excellent staff service from the whole team, really big breakfasts and a well designed hotel.

Irelandthe ONLY thing that I didnt like is that they do not have a parking space. I was surprised when we got there and told that they don’t have one because it was one of the first things I looked for in their facilities. We have a toddler and three luggages so it was a bit of a pain. However the staff offered to help us with the luggages and managed to park about 3mins walk to the hotel. It was a free parking space so it wasn’t that bad.
This place is fab! The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable before and during our stay. From our Junior suite room with a jaccuzzi and to their breakfast, everything was FABULOUS! Super close to Kamari beach too! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

United KingdomIf you do not rent a car, make sure you set aside taxi money if you are heading to fira. It cost around 30 euros. There is also a bus that can take you there for much cheaper.
The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful! When we first arrived they even offered us a complimentary drink and brought our bags up to our room. They were always willing to serve you whether you need to book a taxi or find out more about the area. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to Kamari beach with lots of wonderful restaurants by the coast.

Our flight was in the middle of the night. The hotel was kind enough to let us keep one of our rooms until we departed! In all my years of traveling (which is quite extensive for me), this is the first time a hotel has been this thoughtful and generous!!

RomaniaCavo Bianco is an amazing place, quiet, very clean, large rooms, some with jacuzzi on the terrace, 2 cosy pools, located in the middle of Kamari, close to the beach and with a lot of restaurants around. The breakfast is very fresh and tasty. Maria and Kathryn from reception are very kind, always happy to help with anything you need 😊

United KingdomThe pool turned out pale coloured swimwear green ! Our initial room had no door on the shower so we asked to change rooms to one with a private bathroom. Bed was very soft. The spa treatments were not very nice -no checking massage pressure during the treatment which was way too firm on the verge of painful for us!
Boutique feel and exceptional staff. Very comfy sunloungers ! Lunch menu and pool side drinks were delightful. Wonderful ‘cave style’ architecture.
