A bit noise from the bar next building and some boat owners but it was not a problem about the room.

The location was very nice with a magnificant view of Symi’s beauty, next to the ferry harbour, near every where, value for money. The room was very wide with comfortable furniture. The balcony was the best part. We communicate with the host online, she was so kind. There were coffee, tea, butter and jams on the fridge. If ı go again ı will stay in the same room.

Only minor issue was hairdryer didn't seem to get hot when wife was dryer hair so took longer this is it . Maybe needs new hairdryer. Rest is perfect 🥰

What a great place, didn't think would be this nice but was amazing. Stayed here on my birthday so was lovely to sit out and watch the luxury yacht turn up in marina. Room was great lovely decorated and furnished. Had everything needed for a great comfortable stay. Location was amazing. We took a car and found parking but imagine could be hard. Bathroom lovely and clean etc. Kitchen had everything needed and lovely touch to have water in fridge with some jam and butter etc. Thanks 😊

Door to balcony needs some maintenance (handle and proper fitting to the frame). Motion activated light at the outside gate leading to the entrance door could be adjusted to stay on long enough to comfortably get the key in the door at night. As the kitchenette does not have a cooktop or oven, a small microwave would be a great addition to allow heating up cold food.

The unit is a single room with kitchenette and small bathroom. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. The owner was quick to meet us, after we called to say we had arrived, and give us the key and show us in. She also allowed us a (very) late check out after the ferry was delayed several hours. Location was perfect with a superb view from the windows and little balcony on the first floor. A good mini mart very close. Fast ferry to/from Rhodes docks not more than 5 minutes from the front door (the slow big ferry is about 1km walk around the harbour on the opposite side). Even though we stayed in the off season, there were several restaurants and bakeries open. Symi itself is a truly beautiful place to visit - the harbour, the village, Pedi village, the Panormitis monastery and the island. Local buses are available just on the other side of the small harbour. One thing to note is that many of the best places to visit and best views require the ability to manage many, many stairs.

Nearly locked ourselves out of the apartment. If locking the door when leaving the apartment do not pull up the handle as this locks the door and there is no way to open it from the outside.There is a separate lock further up the door for which a key is provided.

Perfect setting overlooking the harbour. Close to restaurants and ferry port but still quiet at night. Balcony was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks.

The location was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and there was a single bed made up for my son. There was everything we needed and we appreciated the water in the fridge for our arrival. We loved visiting Symi and next time we will I’ll definitely stay a few days.

not a criticism of the property at all but the island in general- if you have trouble with accessibility or steps, this might not be the trip for you… although this property is only up one flight of stairs, you’d only be able to access the lower of the island with restaurants and things.

an absolutely incredible stay! the apartment is above a little shop so we went in there to collect the keys and everyone was lovely! you go up some steps to the right of the apartment and enter through an open shop (which was lovely to be always greeted with smiles!). we are two young women travelling alone and we felt incredibly safe our whole trip- the trip of a lifetime! there was a huge tv, aircom available all hours of the day and the beds were SO comfy. but the balcony definitely had to be the highlight! the views were incredible, and there was a lively bar next door (couldn’t hear with doors closed) which had a played music which really added to the atmosphere! definitely the better side of the island to be on as you view the majority of the houses on the other side of the island. The shower was amazing too had a waterfall overhead and a smaller handheld and was so lovely after a swim. There are so many little shops so we mainly ate fruit and toasties (apartment comes with a toastie maker too!) An absolutely incredible stay and cannot recommend enough. amazing value for money, everything is a short walk away. definitely recommend a day trip on a water taxi to st george’s bay too - absolutely incredible. we also woke up early most mornings (about 5) and walked down left of the property to watch the sunrise and swim. would recommend doing atleast one morning! there’s also if you keep walking up the steps past the apartment a walk that gives amazing panoramic views of symi next to a huge greek flag- took some amazing photos! definitely book!!!!! p.s if you go to st george’s bay in particular don’t sit on any rocks in the sea we got stung on our bums by sea anemones and let me tell you it wasn’t fun haha!

There is restaurant / yacht club located under the property where they had a great party up until exactly 2:45am. if you’re looking for a night out, it’s great but it makes sleeping a bit harder.

Its located very centrally, close to everything. The host was kind, there is a small well equipped kitchen. The balcony was perfect.

We stayed at Cavos for five nights and it was absolutely brilliant. The view was astonishing, the hospitality of Mrs Dikea was exceptional and we literally felt like home. The room was spacey, confortable, and the recommendations from Mrs Dikea made our stay amazing. Part of our fantastic time in Symi is linked with our stay at Cavos and our interaction with the hospitable owners. Cannot recommend enough!

A very noisy bar next door playing music after 1am but we closed doors and put on air con. We slept as we were tired. The kitchen is outside the main door rather than inside but we didn't use it apart from the fridge

WiFi is unstable; iPhone 11 keeps getting disconnected; much more reliable connection with computer. There's a bar called "LOS" next door; loud music till 01am; if you are light sleeper you should avoid the place if you are not * like me; then its excellent.
