Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaWe had an amazing experience at Casa di Grigoris! I can wholeheartedly say that we had a perfect stay there. This is the first time for us where the house offered absolutely everything we needed and then quite some more. It definitely shows that there has been a lot of effort and thought put into making sure the stay is comfortable for the guests. Both Katerina and Roxani are astonishingly sweet and kind. Katerina had left cookies, water and wine as compliments for us. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all. I just hope we will get the opportunity to visit again!

The house is great and the hosts are wonderful people. The house has all the necessary appliances, everything you can think of. There are dishes, cutlery, kitchen appliances, cleaning and hygiene products and more. Everything is perfectly clean and there are many beautiful details in the house that make you feel at home. The beds are very comfortable. It looks quite far from everything if you look at the map, but it really isn't. You can reach almost everywhere on foot, but if you are traveling with children, then you really need a car. The center of old Nikiti is a few minutes walk away. The bakery, grocery store and fast food can also be reached in a few minutes. The hosts are warm and hospitable people, they deserve all the praise. We had a wonderful time and would love to be guests of Casa di Grigoris again. We recommend it to everyone.

This is a great stay in Nikiti, the house is cosy, everything is new and the owner is helpful and responsive. I highly recommend the place.

RomaniaWe loved the time spent at Casa di Grigorio, an old house elegantly refurbished, situated in the old Nikiti. - quite area, at 5 minutes walk to the centre of the old town of Nikiti - very well equipped (we didn't miss a thing and we felt like home) - very clean - Katerina, the host, a very nice lady with whom we managed to communicate, even if she didn't speak English too much - Roxani, a wonderful guide for our stay (she recommended us what to do in the area during our stay - beaches, tavernas, bars where we could spend nice evenings - very good communication with the hosts before, during and after our stay - my daughter loved the little dog of our neighbours

The house is spotless and cozy. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic view from the terrace. The owner, Katerina, is a very nice person. She came back to us at 10 PM to open the door, as we forgot the keys inside and the door locked from the outside. The contact person Roxani was as well very nice. She guided us through every step of our stay and recommended visiting the amazing places in the Nikiti area. Perfect vacation.

GermanySome more power outlets would be great for some are hidden due furniture.
The property is as stated and a little above the town so you have nice view till the sea. In the morning you can take breakfast in front of the house without beeing burned by the hot greek sun. Quite often there is a lite breeze. The locaton in the old town is quiet and allows to get to restaurants or wine bar without a car.

ItalyI have no complaints.
Location is excellent. It's in town, but quiet at the same time. All services are within reach on the main road. Giorgos greeted us at the property and was very tolerant despite our 2 hours delay on the agreed check in time (the airline lost one of our luggages and other issues...). The house was exceptionally clean and in order. I was very impressed by the fact that everything you could think of was available in the house. All the necessary kitchenware and amenities were there (even mosquito repellant and a small umbrella!). Really high attention to detail. We also appreciated the welcome juice and cookies! Giorgos was helpful througout our stay and even gave us clean sheets and towels half way through. I cannot recommend casa di grigoris enough!
