The room is not as nice as on the photos, but it still is very good value for the money. The jetted tub is not with warm water - it is only jetted, which might be unexpected for some guests.

Excellent value for the money compared to other stays in Oia, Santorini. The location is perfect, There is a huge free public parking just 2 minutes away from the hotel, there is a supermarket nearby. The city center is just few minutes away by foot. The terrace is perfect, with exceptional view, 2 sun beds, 2 umbrellas, nice small table and a jetted tub. The privacy is also ok if compared to other stays in Santorini. And the hosts are just wonderful - Joanna and mr Giannis made everything they could in order to please us as guests, they just made our stay super pleasant.

As mentioned by other guests, the water from showering does overflow onto the bathroom floor. But the floor is tiled and has a drainage and we had lots of towels to dry the floor with. For us it was not a big issue.

Due to a ferry strike we arrived much later than planned, but the property was very flexible about this. We were welcomed by the Owner who showed us our room and balcony/plunge pool.Joanna at reception provided us with a lot of helpful information and organised some transfers for us. Everything was very clean, including the plunge pool, which is looked after daily by the Owner. The views are fabulous. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, it was very very windy, and so we could not use the sun beds much.

Jacuzzi was cold and towels felt starched veru rough. No Other complaints

Location location!!! we had a phenomenal time in the thick of things in oia! This was so nice and private, the views were out of this world. The manager Joanne was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.! my son proposed to his girlfriend and the whole staff helped arrange everything for me and make it special. Captain John is also very sweet and very accommodating!

The caldera view was stunning at sunrise and sunset. Joanna was very nice and serviced us with breakfast and anything we need. The villa is perfectly located and very clean. It has everything we needed.

The breakfast although was large and sumptuous, was a takeaway and served in paper boxes. But having it on the terrace every morning with the stunning view more than makes up for any shortcoming!

The apartment was big and comfortable, had a balcony with amazing views of the caldera. It was also quiet as it was a bit off from the centre of Oia town. Although it was a shared terrace, our neighbours were almost always out, so privacy wasn't an issue. We didn't mind the short walk into town as it was a beautiful path along the caldera with stunning views all the way! The property was furnished to our liking, bed was comfortable, a nice kitchenette with a coffee machine. And Joanna was so kind and helpful.

Breakfasts are poor. They bring them cold in paper boxes, you've to decided the day before what you'll eat next day.

Very good and nice location close to Oia center. Nice apartament, good equimpent including cofee machin.
