The place is located quite close to the Fira centre, the rooms were cleaned each time we returned back from our daily trips. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and then were immediately recommended some places for attraction and food. And then the rooms. The rooms face the east and you can see the sunrise each morning. The staff were so friendly and nice.

Everything about this place was was amazing. Great views, no issue of parking. Our host Stratus & his sister Fotini were very proactive and welcoming. They kept contact with us on a regular basis. We were welcomed with complementary drinks. The room was beyond expectation. Very modern cave room with balcony and great sea view. The whole family was very welcoming. Gave us great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, tv has Netflix and Disney+. We also had some cute little stray cats outside our door who were adorable and cute.

Host gave us 2 can of Cokes for free and offered a Greek signature Cocktail for free. Host even suggested us some nearby sights to see and nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. The property has a good view of the sea from the terrace. The terrace has a comfortable bed to enjoy the sea. Overall, it was an outstanding stay.

The only thing was I was given the option to pay either euros or pounds and wasn't advised which payment option was best for myself and I felt a little under pressure. When visiting restaurants waiters would sway customers to choose euros as it was better value for them. It would've been nice to receive the same advice. So top tip for anyone who goes away and doesn't have this knowledge, to always pay in euros for a better rate.

Before we had even arrived in Santorini, the staff were incredible in communicating with us and identifying our needs. I had told them it was our first time to Santorini and they had a flurry of recommendations for us including winery's, ATV companies and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had asked if they could do anything nice for us as it was our anniversary and we were greeted with rose petals and welcome drinks. Our room was always cleaned daily and anytime we bumped into one of the staff members were were always greeted with a smile. They had even arranged transfers for us to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again if the chance arose. Room had a funky cave twist, hot tub was lovely and central location.

We booked the deluxe suite with private outside jacuzzi. We were first offered a room without jacuzzi and after that we were placed in a room regarding our booking but it lacked relaxing sunbeds which the next room had.

Beautiful cycladic minimal architecture with outstanding view of the sea. Very helpful and super friendly owners Stratos and Fotini. Special thanks to Stratos who offered to transfer our bags to the bus station.

Amazing location, a short walk up an alley and you were in the centre of Thira. Our room was beautiful and quirky not seen anywhere like it. The rooms were cleaned daily so that was amazing. Also the staff were unbelievable sending us some recommendations via WhatsApp which was a real help. We also had a welcome cocktail which was a lovely touch. They also helped us out incredibly when our ferry to Ios was cancelled and we had to make a mad dash to port for an earlier ferry ! They really saved our bacon ! They also picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to hotel! Very friendly I couldn’t put a single negative comment! The staff and the hotel were incredible. Thank you 🙏🏼

it's quiet place away from noisy town main tourist street, but easy to arrive bus station and restaurants by a few minutes walking. The room is clean and cool with air condition. And the hotel staff are very nice, helpful and reply in time. its good stay choice in Santorini.

the room was quite large, very clean and very modern. Bed was comfortable, shower / bathroom very good. The host was excellent, a complimentary drink on arrival was appreciated & complimentary water & soft drink in fridge. Air conditioning worked very well. Accommodation easy to find, 15 minute walk from central bus station. Price was very good. Would stay there again.
