I liked everything.

The location was perfect, very near to everything. 15 minutes on foot to the bus station, 15 minutes to the old town, two minutes to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was superb !!! You can eat either inside or in a wonderful garden. My room was very comfortable with a small kitchen, fridge and a balcony. It was cleaned every day and your towels are changed as often as you want. You just put the used ones on the floor and they give you clean ones. After the check out, in case your flight is in the evening, you can go to the beach and then take a shower at the hotel. Or you can stay at the reception hall, or in the garden. The staff were wonderful, especially Dimitra and her daughter. When I returned in the evening they didn't forget to ask me about my day, my trips and they really made my stay there special. Thank you so much.

Great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The location was excellent. Just a stones throw from the local beach and a 10 min walk to the old town. We absolutely loved the Penthouse. Great room and fantastic view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Would definately come again if visting Chania.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Great localization - a few minutes from the city beach (Nea Chora) and from the old town of Chania. I loved to have a little balcony. The hotel has fantastic and very helpful staff.

We loved Dimitra and her daughter who gave us a wonderfully warm welcome, always smiling and cheerful! They made our stay special! Great views from 4th floor to the mountains, city and sea. Rooms equipped to a very good standard for the price and spotlessly clean. Very effective quiet airconditioner. Great to have a lift! 3 minutes from seafront restaurants and beach. No parking around the hotel but plenty of street parking nearby. We will definitely come back!

The location is fantastic- a two minute walk to the beach where there are several great restaurants to choose from. Also close to the old town- about a ten minute walk. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite large and stayed cool thanks to the air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and blinds. The kitchenette had a small stovetop, sink, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and utensils which suited my needs for a short stay.

Hotel is a bit tatty at the edges and could do with some refurbishment before too long. Shower was too high and difficult to adjust – bags of hot water though. Parking is difficult – none at hotel and you will need to park on street. We found a space about 5 minutes walk away after a bit of cruising.

We used the hotel for a short night before an early morning flight and it more than met our expectations. In fact if you wanted a reasonably priced holiday in a small hotel just outside Chania old town this would be an excellent choice. The hotel is just 100m back from Chania's Nea Chora beach and our room had a sideways sea view from its balcony. Room was large and well equipped, including a kitchenette with hob and fridge. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. There is a small lift. Lady on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming and booked us a taxi for the small hours – no problems here. Easy walk to old town – 15 minutes max along sea front, round harbour and past outdoor pool. Nea Chora beach is small but clean and sandy and is backed by plenty of bars/restaurants. We ate at a small place down by the little harbour – really excellent food.

I booked a room with this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle, but there was no shuttle and the receptionist offered to call a cab for me to the airport. I was not able to get a breakfast to go as I was leaving before the breakfast hours. The AC was not working.

The shower was terrible - so small you can hardly fit in, not to mention washing little kids there. Also the toilet room doesn't have a window so it stinks

The staff was amazing! I can't remember names but all were so nice and welcoming. Very big room with two large beds and two qute balconies to the nice and wuiet street. Great location near the Nea Chora Beach.

Decor / comfort had not been updated in a long time, broken door handles on shows, broken toilet flush. No real view from room.
