There is nothing to dislike about this hotel - for me it was perfect in every way. Sometimes when travelling alone you can feel isolated - the staff here made sure I never did. Thank you

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are extremely professional whilst being friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble. My room was beautiful - it was cleaned everyday - the mini bar was restocked every day - and I loved the delicacies left at turndown - when fresh towels and water were also provided. The food and service in the restaurants was exceptional as was the 24hr room service. And it was lovely chatting to the young men operating the shuttle bus which operated into Oia and the other hotels in the group as well as to Amoudi Bay - which I loved! Communication with the hotel was via WhatsApp and was responded to immediately. Special mentions to Amanda in Elements, the reception staff, the lady who greeted me as Mrs Sonya every morning for breakfast and to Vasilis who as well as replenishing the mini bar brought me ice for my foot which I foolishly injured.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff is very mindful, the suite (we were upgraded to a Villa!) was perfection, the infinity pools were beyond surreal. This was honestly the best hotel. And they arranged everything with my boyfriend so that he can propose in one of their sister properties. Also, the fact that they have free shuttles to Ammoudi Bay and Oia is one of the best ideas. It allows to stay next to Oia while avoiding the crowd and the painful walks within the city of Oia (when it’s crowded during the summer). Can’t wait to come back!

I initially booked a 10-day stay, extended for another week, and now I’m extending yet again—this place is just that unreal! The staff are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Our room is stunning—spacious, with a huge private pool. The daily room service is amazing, with thoughtful gifts left for us every day. The breakfast was excellent. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m excited to be extending my stay for a second time! ☺️

It was a beautiful small boutique hotel, that has top tier service and quality. I LOVED this hotel & will definitely be coming back. The staff were all exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They recommended Armeni restaurant, not far from the hotel. You get there by boat & it’s a truly authentic Greek experience. This was 1 of the best meals I have ever had

The food at the hotel was average and overly expensive.

The privacy of the rooms with the private plunge pool was great, as well as the distance from other spots on the property (i.e., the pool/restaurant, spa/fitness room, and reception area).

The wait for the shuttle or taxi sometimes you didn’t know when to call if it needed to be 15min before etc then trying to time with when we’d be ready whether in the room or in town, because sometimes it would be quicker than we were told & sometimes longer, so we weren’t sure when to request the ride without being rushed or having to wait a while. But we just knew we had to give a window of time & be patient, you are on vacation & it’s not NYC, so you have to just plan ahead. At the end of the day it’s not the worst thing in the world & we were thankful for the free shuttle back & forth to town & also greatful for them coordinating taxis for us for other places we went.

The property is beautiful & very relaxing. The infinity pool with the ocean view is mesmerizing! The complimentary breakfast was amazing & you could pick anything from a gourmet menu. The what’s app messaging was very convenient to communicate with the staff on or off property for anything. The octopus & the carpaccio were excellent & we did the tasting dinner one night it was very romantic. But most of all we really enjoyed the staff remembering us & paying extra attention & being extra friendly & making us feel special, it really made the experience even better & felt like royalty, top notch hotel & experience!

EVERYTHING!!!! This resort is absolutely paradise! The villas are so impressive. Breathtaking grounds and views. Impeccable service. Friendly staff. The shuttle to and from the town of Oia is so helpful. The sunset views are beautiful.

We were very touched to be upgraded to a villa with wonderful pool (celebrating our engagement and my fiancé’s 60th. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was the hotel’s policy of asking for a tip on the bill at checkout as I had already given a number of tips to staff in both cash and a couple on signing for drinks but then felt bad for not making further tips ‘on the tips’ and overall bill. Just something to reflect on maybe? - otherwise we found Canaves Epitome to be a stunning beautiful hotel.

There was a lovely bread basket option at breakfast. It would've been a nice touch as an morning delivery to enjoy before or without having to visit the dining area.

The views are simply stunning! Even though the resort easily transported us to and from Oia to explore the town, we most enjoyed taking in the views from our room/patio/plunge pool. A very relaxing way to spend our anniversary. Breakfast offered a great range of options from light to heartier fare. The local, traditional eggs were delicious. The main lounge also served wonderful pre-dinner cocktails.

We loved the property, our duplex room was incredible. The kids has their own master suite downstairs that had a window into the pool. We travelled with a 4 & 7 year old and the hotel staff could not have been nicer to the kids. The breakfast was amazing each morning.

Music in the swimming pool areas is a bit loud :) Otherwise… nothing that we did not like :)

Everything was so great: the room, the staff, the service, the breakfast, attention to the details… you feel they care :) Luxury and amazing views! SPA treatments also very high level. Location is also very convenient - you can walk to Ammoudi Bay or Oia center. Or you can ask for a ride :) Definitely comming back during the next trip to Santorini.
