Overall, it was a nice stay. But I asked for a room with a view. Our room opened right onto the pool and was next to the breakfast area. We couldn't open our windows or shutters because people were right there. We could easily get to the view, but we didn't have a terrace or patio like most rooms. Also, the beds were pretty hard, in my opinion.

As everyone says, the view is stunning. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The porters who carry your luggage up and down the hill are amazing! But the stairs are no joke!

The steps down to property were very dangerous and slippery. Pool area could have done with more umbrellas and more loungers as so hot and not enough shade.

Hotel located at bottom of caldera. Multiple steep stairs on the way down. Need 100% cautions especially for old folks.

Room was clean and spacious. We book room with balcony and the view is amazing. Breakfast selection is not much but taste good! Reasonable room price especially at Oia. Highly recommended.

The only food available on property was if you wanted to eat the steps to get up to the main street and place to get any kind of food. No closets or shelves to speak of. My personal items are on the floor.. Pay extra for a hot tub in room and the unit was broken. When looked at by staff, fixed jets but only had cool water. Not hot

We were fine but would recommend anyone with mobility issues to do your homework before booking anywhere in Oia.

Nothing! Stairs that climb up and down the mountain to point of entry for the hotel could be difficult for a person who has health concerns or knee injuries.

I noticed the floor was a little dirty, looked like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior. I just wore flip flops around the room so not a big deal

The location was gorgeous and close to everything in Oia. The breakfast was great and you received a coupon for a local restaurant which was really good.

The jacuzzi could have been warmer for a jacuzzi or rather a pool in the sun.

We had a jacuzzi room and it was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The woman running breakfast was super sweet. The man carrying our luggage was amazing!

There were some issues with the working of the flush as well as the soap dispenser. But the staff rectified the issues after we complained about it.

Everything about the facilities was great. One thing that is out of their control is for people with walking issues or if you carry checked bags, you need to go up/down those slippery stairs.

The facilities overlook the caldera. We found our room to be spotless clean and comfortable plus beautifully decorated. They are located below the Apsithia Restaurant, check it out on a map. The breakfast was great; it was varied and delicious. There is a pool too if you wish to jump into it. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The location is close the Oia Bus Terminal in case you take that bus from Fira.

Karla at the front desk is amazing! The staff is the best there. The rooms were really clean and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing! We had a great time everyday at breakfast. The breakfast lady was amazing and made some really yummy homemade authentic food. We loved everything about our stay.

Nothing!

Everything was perfect! I loved everything from the time the villa sent us porters to help us carry our luggage since cars are not allowed, and they served us lime juice as welcome drinks and were greeted by the staff. The recep has stunning views of Oia walk/sunset and caldera sea. Our room was upgraded with an indoor jacuzzi, and the room was nicely decorated and was clean! The bathroom is clean and big too! The only thing lacking would be dental kits and slippers, but not a problem for us since I brought ours. We had our own private balcony where we had wine everyday and appreciate the views of Caldera and Fira on the left side and Oia sunset on our right. I didn't expect much for breakfast, but surprisingly, we were full every after meal. The lady who served breakfast was very nice and just ask her, she would assist you. There were varieties of bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, desserts, cereals, salad, and fruits. Of course, you can opt for coffee or tea and orange juice! I couldn't ask for more. I just regret that our stay was so short for 3 days only. I was sad to leave the villa. I will definitely book Caldera Premium Villas if I will have the chance!

The room was too noisy as it was close to breakfast room and common toilet area. Can’t sleep whole night due to coffee machine sound and echo of noice due to curve rooms.

. Going down the cliff to the bottom most level was a bit hard. Maybe some ropes or other assistance would be helpful. Oh, perhaps some snacks in the lower most room would be helpful. Could start breakfast at 7 AM Also, we had to search which path to take when we were out for watching sunset.

Staff are very polite and catering for your needs. Breakfast team are awesome and always look after there customers Cleaners are great and ensure they make the place clean whilst you are out without disturbing you.
