The outdoor jacuzzi for rooms 4 and 5 are a bit crowded with 2 people. Compared to all other jacuzzis they are on the small side.

The noise of the nightclubs until 4.00 am. Don't sleep in rooms 1, 2 or 3 ! Thé breakfast is delicious but each day the same. You have no choice

On the Cliff was incredible!! Best view in Santorini and the private jacuzzis were the perfect temperature not too hot but still comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time and watch the sunset. I was even surprised with an upgraded room and complimentary bottle of wine which was an incredible touch for a relaxing solo vacation. Will 100% be coming back!

The wifi connection could have been better, but we used it so infrequently that it did not cause any issues with our stay.

We had some reservations staying here having read reviews on other website but I can safely say that none of our concerns were valid. Location and view were both 11/10; breakfast was very good and we did not have any issues with noise despite the hotel's central location; the room was large/clean; hot tub was consistently warm. Simona was a gem and went out of her way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only drawback could be mentioned that the niche in the room is too small for storing things and the shelves are not designed well. By this I do not want to diminish the good impression of the hotel. It is a suggestion about what could be done better.

It was probably the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Definitely 10 points. Once we also had lunch at "On the Cliff" bar. Good food, reasonable prices. The bar was always busy, as compared to the neighboring eateries. An excellent location, it was about 50m from the stairs to the old port, you can see the cable cars from the terrace, the panorama is simply great to enjoy the sunsets. It's a pity that due to the weather conditions, we didn't manage to enjoy any of the sunsets. Responsive staff. They respond quickly to requests, we got an extra blanket as well as dishes, knives and other things we asked for. Simona manages things professionally.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Fira, with a short walk to all good restaurants and amenities. The 3-minute walk to McDonald’s would be the pickup point for many excursions. The view from the room terrace is phenomenal, exactly like the photos. The hot tub is a nice feature, and the water is really warm! The room is well-maintained, clean, and cozy. Front desk staff, Simona, was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely come back for my next visit. Highly recommend to all.

The best place to watch sunset and it’s just a stone away from Fira town. Simone is very helpful and warm. She helped to arrange my luggage moving from one villa to another villa and provide complimentary wine and balloons for my birthday trip

There was nothing that we disliked. Everything was more than we expected.

We had a beautiful room with amazing views over the ocean and the volcanic island. Even after a visit to Oia, we were more convinced that we had the best views and most memorable sunsets. Simona, our host, was also fantastic and made our stay more memorable. She was always very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of guidance and really looked after us. Simona looked after us and really spoilt us. We had beautiful, typically Greek breakfasts with great views. We were close to plenty of shops and restaurants and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. We loved our suite with its own dipping pool, which we used a lot. We will certainly be back.

First of all, the view was AMAZING! Just like the photos on site. The location was perfect! The room was very clean. We were warmly greeted by sweet Simona. She was so attentive to any of our needs. She followed through with all requests. On the Cliff is VERY LUCKY to have this dear lady! The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. I especially loved the fresh salad, fresh fruits, and endless coffee that came with it! I enjoyed the hot tub also. Thank you for a memorable stay and look forward to next time.

Super friendly staff! Simona makes you feel welcomed and she is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the room service was excellent. We had amazing breakfast and the location is perfect in the heart of Fira. Only our jacuzzi was not working which is the only negative thing, beside that we highly recommend staying on the Cliff.
