The location is perfect! Accessing rooms can be tricky and there are no stairs associated with this one. They made checking in/checking out and luggage managment super easy. The daily breakfast delivery was lovely and delicious. The deck provided beautiful morning and evening views.

The Host Mary and her team was prompt and superb. The Villa is at the best location of Oia, All major places were like 5 - 7 minutes walk. The view from the villa was breath taking. The breakfast served was awesome. House keeping was just great.

Everything went really smoothly, and Mary even guided us where to meet up with transport and taxis. Perhaps in the future, we can get instructions on how to use the safe in the room, but that was such a minor detail. We felt very supported through our stay.

The location was unbelievable! Just steps outside our villa was the most incredible sunset... easy to get items from shops, go to dinner, etc. The breakfasts were delightful, and best enjoyed with the epic view on the balcony! It was nice to have fresh food delivered each morning. Mary and her team were amazing!! It was wonderful to have a personal concierge helping us navigate Oia for our first visit there, and we felt so welcomed. I highly recommend!!

The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for a full meal. The views were spectacular, and the hot tub was nice with great views. The decorations and furnishing were tasteful, elegant, but not pretentious. The hosts were responsive and helpful with all of our needs.

Parking is a little away from the hotel. Finding a car park in the public spaces is difficult. Porters carrying bags could have taken more care to avoid damaging wheels.

Excellent location, Superb caldera view from the balcony, Very spacious and clean house. In addition, it is very close to the castle, where all tourists come to watch the sunset and the famous three blue dorm churches. Not many steps climb to reach the hotel. Walking distance to the town centre.

Not as advertised. There’s only 2 bedrooms and another climb up place that has a double bed that can only be access through bedroom 2. Not suitable for 3 couples as 2 couples do not have any privacy . The 3rd bathroom/toilet is out side the apartment/house. Breakfast is good but after 8:30am. So not suitable if you plan to get up and go for hike early in the morning.

The kind of the hotel as i didnt expect it like that, the bathroom that has no door, only cement and nothing else. the towel replacement every 2 days wasnt ideal for us, the breakfast was okay but all the same everyday isnt that good. The variety of breakfast not so much to enjoy, the value for money per night compare to a fancy hotel rate doesnt meet my expectations.

The location was perfect as it was close to everything, not so much walk to do. We enjoyed catching the sunrise and sunset. The mini pool was great for relaxing after a hot sunny day to explore. very close to shops and restaurants. The experience was great.

Position is central Oia - can’t get any closer. Our room was off the street with just a few stairs only to access. The view was second to none. And the pool/ hot tub was perfect. When Oia is super hot and town is busy - the balcony and pool overlooking the whole Caldera is the perfect place to relax. Breakfast is served and is huge _ it will likely cover lunch as well. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Mary and Tim took excellent care of us and organised all transfers and porters to carry our luggage.

The pool was green and dirty the whole stay. The height of the doorways was dangerously low. While breakfast was provided, it was never delivered at a consistent time and was much later than we would have liked (often after 9am).

Location was prefect and views of the caldera were stunning.
