The amazing views and the location of this property was tucked away from the road whilst the nearby shops and restaurants were not far away at all. The apartment was very clean on arrival along with all the garden areas being well maintained

Would have been lovely to have a coffee plunger but we bought one at the convenience store opposite.

Beautiful quaint little studio, comfortable beds. Clean and well equipt little kitchenette for toast/Breakfast etc. Great value for money!! Short but steep walk to gorgeous beaches! Breathtaking views from the balcony. Super friendly gentleman on the grounds if you need help but self check-in/out using a key box. Can highly recommend!!

I didn’t realize that it was around a 25 minute uphill and downhill walk to Lourdata beach. It’s a great location to be in if we had rented a car, or if you plan on staying in Lourdata/Vlachata area for a long time. The property didn’t have a place to get breakfast, however there are a few breakfast places beside the property. They also did not have a bar or pool.

The room we stayed at was on the top most floor overlooking the sea. It was such a nice room. It was clean, it’s near the road, accessible by car or by walking. The room had everything you needed from toiletries to kitchen utensils, and even a hob.

It is a super cosy and clean apartman with close proximity to tavernas and beaches. We bought breakfast in the neafby shops and had relaxing breakfasts on the balcony with the beautiful view on the sea. The hosts are also remarkably helpful and kind. One of our best vacations ever.

The shower cabin is very small and with every shower the whole bathroom was filled with water.

The view is superb, the parking lot is very large and shaded by trees. The host left us juice and wine from them.

The area is perfect, with lots of tavernas nearby. Private parking available. The room was clean and very, very nice. The host was always available and happy to help us. We had water, juice and wine in the room, which for us, was very welcomed. We will definetly come back! ❤️

Great location near shops and tavernas. Excellent comms from Oceanis before arrival. Elias was very helpful and friendly once we were there. Rooms recently refurbished and very clean. Will definitely return.

the shower is a bit tricky, with the curtain the water goers all over the pace in the bathroom but if you find the technic is manageable 😂

The only thing that you should consider would be the fact that the beds have around 1.90 m, so if you are very tall that might not be confortabile. But this is o common thing for this price range.

Overall the experience was great. The room was clean and we had anything that we needed. The towels were changed around every 2-3 day and the room cleaned. Also when we arrived we found in the fridge wine, water and orange juice, which is very nice especially if you are to tired or lazy to go out right after the check in. The host was present at the location in every morning starting with 8.30. The location is has enough supermarkets and taverns at walking distance.

Everything was perfect here, great location, lovely rooms and nice juice, water and wine in the fridge ready for us. Elios the owner is lovely and check in was easy with a key box and code. Couldn't recommend highly enough :)

Mosquitos, they somehow got into the room everynight! Could do with some form of blocker underneath the door to the room. It rained once. Having to leave at the end of the holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Buena Vista! Great communication from the owners before, during and after the holiday, particularly in respect of arranging a taxi transfer, key pickup and payment. Lovely room looking across to the sea from the balcony, great new kitchen and units which are a great size for preparing breakfast, etc. Definitely recommend!

Buena Vista was the perfect place for our holidays on Kefalonia. Easily accessible, close to the beach and Restaurants & Supermarkets. Elias and his wife were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely hosts. Beautiful location. The view from apartment is absolutely stunning. You can sit in the morning with cup of coffee and just look straight at the sea. Lovely restaurants and 3 supermarkets just on your doorstep. Great location- 1.5km to beach but when you walk there it has some great views. Absolutely worth the effort.

Small observation is that the toilet & shower facilities are small and basic but we expected this with the price we paid.

Spotlessly clean studio apartment with excellent views from the hill over the sea to Zante. Host was very friendly & welcoming ensuring most days that all was well with our stay. 3 supermarkets & several restaurant all within easy walking distance.

The apartment was a dream! For us the best place to stay in Kefalonia. It was extremely clean, the view from the balcony was amazing, the apartment was fully equipped and lovely decorated exactly like the pictures. Elias and his family were extraordinary kind and helpful. They run this place with so much passion. There are good restaurants and two supermarkets easily reached by foot. Kanali beach is for us one of the most beautiful and quite beach, reached 5 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by foot. Its a good starting point to explore many nice places, delicous restaurants and beautiful beaches in a short distance by car. We would recommend this place and looking forward to come back soon!

The location is very good and quiet. You would need a car to go to all major sites and beaches. The view is amazing and the rooms are very clean.
