Everything was perfect - no complaints (even with the tourists lining up nearby). We still had the utmost privacy!

The location was impeccable -- with private balcony/views of the iconic blue domes of Santorini! Every day there would be a line of tourists nearby to take photos of the iconic views, but the Bubble Suite provided the most impeccable views with utmost privacy. It was the perfect suite to celebrate our honeymoon -- very romantic with the private balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera. I would highly recommend!

The location was superb, literally right by the famous blue domes. People are lining up right outside your suite to try and get a photo with the domes, and you get to be in the comfort of the Bubble Suite and enjoy the same views. Sophia, the host, was very nice and responsive on whatsapp. We had some issues with the bedroom lights not turning off completely and she walked us through what to do. Besides that issue, the suite was fine otherwise.

It was all perfect. I think it is useful for guests to realise that this is not a hotel and hence there is no reception, which takes a little bit of prior coordination. However the meeting point is very convenient and you will get help with the luggage. Furthermore, you can choose only one main course for breakfast (e.g. omelette or scrumbled eggs or yogurth etc) however these all come with an extraordinary selection of juices, breads, muffin, fruits etc, which we did not know/realise until it was served (only room service available). Perhaps it would be good to specify this to guests.

This property is arguably in the best location in Oia (there were always queues of tourists at the corner to take pictuers of the blie domes), but the things that sets it apart from other similarly placed hotels are: - the privacy, particulalry in the pool area, which is an almost unique feature for this location - private pool with indoor/outdoor layout - access from side road without stairs! Even if there is no reception, check in and check out were extremely smooth thanks to Sophia, the exceptional host. She check us in in the morning well before 3pm and also allowed a late check out. She is very quick to answer and really helpful. Worth the nearly thousand euros.

There was nothing not to like.

The most amazing view in all of Santorini. Right above the blue domed churches. Yet has a privacy that no other suite in the area has. Sofia, your private concierge, is there to make it the trip of a lifetime. Great spa bath. Great AC.

The breakfast is super poor, I would not even bother to order it, plenty of great food places around to enjoy both a view and good food. For the money that your guests pay for the stay - please update the tv you have in the room, or just remove it at all. otherwise it really brings the value of the property down.

Keep in mind this is not a typical Hotel hence does not have a help desk or reception. But your private concierge is extremely competent and helpful. But that means, although you are on vacation, you will still need to do the necessary coordination with the concierge via WhatsApp hence need to get a good data or roaming plan, or a local sim card (your choice). Need to be alert about placing breakfast orders, confirming timing for the housekeeper to clean the room and arrange for transfers or other tour details. All this coordination can get a bit annoying if things go sideways.

LOCATION!!! Not only does this property has an amazing view overlooking the famous Blue Domes but its access from the main road is also very easy and since its at a higher level, there is are no steps to access the suite specially with luggage. high ceilings, spacious room, clean and well equipped bathroom add to the luxurious feel of the Suite besides an indoor out heated jacuzzi and a spacious balcony to enjoy a quiet time or meals while enjoying the amazing beauty OIA has to offer. The private concierge is amazing and will cater to all your travel requirements, be it a taxi transfer, booking a private tour or other activities.

poorly equipped . no drink making facilities , no corkscrew no bottle opener. knife and fork. glasses and a few plates . nothing else. . “host” seemed more interested in selling trips and side hustles by inundating us with WhatsApp messages than genuinely showing an interest in our comfort . TV not set up (basic detail?) . Messy, broken storage area in full view on arrival . Poor communication by “host” on the last day made us wait around needlessly . Overall a fantastic (albeit expensive) apartment in a superb location with a lovely view let down by indifferent staffing and extremely basic equipment for a supposedly luxury experience . Could of been so much better if a few little details had been thought trough by the owners and the Host had been a little more interested . What a shame.
