Some less fit and able guests may complain about the steep steps upto the top, but I felt it just added to the whole positive experience 😊

The view was just breathtaking, the property is located right next to the iconic blue church that all visitors want to take pictures of. Loved waking up every morning and taking in the view from the bed side window, just felt majestic. The host was just so so lovely and was on hand to answer any questions and offer suggestions on places to visit. We were fortunate that the last 3 days of our stay that the downstairs apartment was empty so the host allowed us to make use of the jacuzzi and the terrace, with its multiple cushion sun beds and loungers. Just so so beautiful and the location is just perfect, couldn’t have asked for anymore (if I am being really picky maybe a elevator up to the promenade wouldn’t have gone a miss but then I wouldn’t have got all the fitness in that myself and my wife did 😜) Highly recommended 👍

-Property could benefit from minor renovations specifically the balcony door-old school door that is a bit confusing to open and close but we survived. Bathroom is quite dim w/no fan (careful when taking hot showers), and mirror is so low and hard to get ready in/see yourself (definitely not tall people approved). Thankfully, the property has a small handheld mirror which we used to get ready in the morning. Another bigger mirror in the room would be helpful for getting ready, especially for a group of friends. Steep steps to get up to the studio portion of the property- definitely not accessible to the disabled/elderly people -but this is how most of oia is built, LOTS OF STEPS!

-Location is perfect, walking distance to all tourist areas in oia. Perfect location to take pics without being super crowded. There is a chain that divides the private properties/villas and the public area- you will often see so many people lining up towards the private properties to take pictures of the blue dome church- we just walk past them and have first access to these spots! View from balcony (studio ) is so beautiful! Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, shops, and bus stop to fira -Host was welcoming & good communication- she arranged our private transfers, and got someone to help us with our luggages- there are steep steps towards the property (all around oia tbh) -Housekeeping came in every morning to clean the property!

The location is right next to the blue domed church. so you feel like VIP when you look up from the balcony. separate entrance which stop tourists coming towards the hotel. So you have the whole blue domed church and the caldera for your self. And the property owner was very nice and helpful as well.

Shower could have a curtain and a high holder, toilet was crooked and seat would not stay up. Small bed but what can't really expect bigger in such a small living area. When renting the top floor of blue sky cave, you only have access to the balcony (patio and hot tub are for the bottom appartement)

The host was so incredibly helpful and sat down with us and really helped us plan our entire stay. She helped us many times throughout our stay! Jackie feels more like a friend really!! The view from the room is amazing! It has an excellent balancing where Jackie arranged breakfast delivered to us!! This hotel is the best!!!

Neighbours were quite disturbing, but I guess we couldn’t change this. Just check what all comes into your booking (if you have a rooftop terrace or balcony).

The view is amazing, the location is perfect in the centre of Oia, so everything is very close. We went swimming in the nearby Ammoudi Bay, I highly recommend that, but you have to take the stairs to go down to the sea. The room was very clean and had a kitchenette with all possible dishes. The host is super helpful and arranged us a pick-up from the port, which is about 30 minutes away by car. The rooftop view was really superb, worth waking up at 6 am and watching the sunrise. I highly recommend!

The AC was not very powerful, therefore the room always felt warm. An electric fan would have been useful. 1 tiny issue....toilet seat doesn't stay upright.

The location is great, right next to one of the most picturesque blue-domed churches. Very handy for the restaurants and shops. Awesome view from the balcony, and great terrace adjacent to the studio up 6 easy steps. Staff are excellent. Julie kept in contact, and was so helpful arranging several transfers for us. Billy carried out luggage upon arrival and departure, negotiating hoardes of tourists and several steep steps. I think he must be part mountain goat!

It is a bit pricey but on the flip side, it's reasonably priced for the area as you're definitely paying for the views. The room is pretty small as well but again, priced competitively for the area. There are a lot of steep steps to get to the studio to be prepared for so this may not be the best place for those with mobility issues. Also, I misinterpreted the listing, be mindful that the studio does not have access to the pool in the main house (my fault for not reading closely).

The balcony views from the studio are absolutely incredible! You can see the caldera as well as the iconic view of the town of Oia. The host is very attentive, helpful to us to find transportation, and quick to respond to our inquiries. The room is very close to the center of everything. I kept thinking the whole experience on our balcony was surreal because it was just so beautiful!
