We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe main lifts were small for disabled people. The bigger lift at the other end of the hotel was only slightly larger.
The breakfast had so much choice I didn't try all on offer in two weeks! The staff were really friendly and helpful. When a lift broke down near the end of our stay it was working as usual the next day. The room was huge and had a balcony that we were not expecting. The pool facilities were comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is convenient for the town, the harbour and the long distance bus station.

SwitzerlandThe bar is a little too expensive compared to the restaurants in Kos Town. At the reception desk the plastic shields should be immediately removed. They are pointless and a dark reminder of the covid times. They are very annoying in their stupidity.
Friendly receptionists, they provided a thinner pillow upon request. Perfect location. Top room facilities.

United KingdomLuggage storage area does not have a security camera so you need to make sure your bag is safe. I had a small Nike bag which i left with my bags. But on returning someone folded it and placed it near their bags. I took it from their area and decided to keep it with me. On mentioning this to staff the very nice girl at reception said our room was ready and we could tge luggage to the room. That solved the issue. Also i think they need a porter for a four star hotel.
This is a high spec hotel with excellent staff there to help. Very clean all round. Breakfast well worth it. It is slightly in the the back streets from the beach but this was fine and away from the main street noise. You can get a good night sleep.

Fantastic Stay at Blue Lagoon City Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel in Kos, and I can honestly say everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by all the staff, which truly made the experience exceptional. The hotel’s location is central, with all the archaeological sites, the city center, the pier, and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. It’s ideal for exploring the local area without needing any transport. While Lambi Beach is about a 20-minute walk, the stroll is pleasant, with many shops and restaurants along the way, so it didn’t bother me. A special thank you to Pepi, a wonderful Bulgarian lady who works at breakfast. Her bright smile and dedication to her job were the perfect start to every morning. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and is happy with the service—she truly embodies the hotel's high standards. I highly recommend the Blue Lagoon City Hotel for anyone visiting Kos. You’ll be in good hands with the wonderful staff and enjoy a perfect stay!
