Everything was awesome.

Gold standard host. First time Santorini tourist and was very pleasantly surprised with our exceptional host, facilities and location. I had a couple of special requests due to our earlier flight arrival and our host helped us with arranging transport, with very helpful suggestions on everything Santorini, from describing some of the tours, directions, where to buy food, restaurants, buses, shopping, so much. The property was lovely and clean with a nice view.

Nothing to do with the property, but staying in Oia in general. If you choose to stay in Oia try to go somewhere during the day. Best time to enjoy it is after the buses of other tourists leave. From morning till the sun sets you will have to fight the waves of the day visitors.

The view and the location are amazing. Yannis was an amazing host. Met us by the meeting point and helped with the bags and provided us with great suggestions with what to do and where to go. Was a really cool experience to stay in the cave house.

I was simply sad to leave.

Phenomenal in every way! The staff was so kind and made sure we were comfortable and informed. We appreciate the kindness & great communication with Yiannis. The house had the BEST views. If you stand on one side of the patio you can see three blue domes. If you stand on the entry stairs you can see the castle and another blue dome. No matter where you are on the patio, you can always see the caldera. The patio is shaded in the morning and afternoon. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the AC works well. I was most pleasantly surprised to see a washing machine! That helped us a lot.

Beautiful location, right in the heart of Oia. Everything was as in the pictures. Very nice host - even helped us with the luggage at 6am when we departed.

Nothing we didn’t like.

We could not be more centrally located. Beautiful place set in the heart of Oia. Yiannis was very responsive, from meeting us when we arrived to organising our transfer to the port. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Oia!

Bed is a little small for two people, especially when taller

For us bed was small it owner asked me if we need separate for baby and we said no. It wasn’t his fault at all

Absolutely loved the views and service we got from them. It was clean, porter service was must have and was ready when we arrived and even departed. Paid extra for airport pick up hut was all Organised by owner. Super helpful. I’ll highly recommend them.

Kitchen was very basic but met our needs

Excellent location. Host was very responsive to our needs. Host would respond immediately if we had a request. The house has gorgeous views of Aegean sea and is very comfortable. We really loved staying at this hotel/house. Close to everything, specifically the stock photo point. Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Great location and spacious enough for a family of 4 to stay comfortably. Also had free wifi included and incredible views.

Room was partially cleaned everyday. Towels and linen were rough and of poor quality. Muggy and damp room environment.

Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view and scenery. Excellent porter service for baggage needs. What's app connection for any needs you may have.

Though we were day for 2 nights and 1 full day, we had only one roll of toilet paper that we rationed. It would have been nice to have a few present. Aside from this small observation, there was nothing else that we didn't like!

The location was great and the view from our cave house was incredible. The concierge who greeted us when we arrived (Sam) was fantastic and communicative and helpful throughout our stay. He made excellent dining recommendations and was easy to reach when necessary. He even arranged our transfers to and from Thira airport. The cave house was clean and essentials were provided. We also really appreciated that we were gifted a large bottle of water and a bottle of wine at arrival.
