Claudio and his mom are amazing! You just have to be here when you visit Santorini. It’s a short walk (12-16mins) to fira, the city centre and there are lights on some of the paths to help with night walks.

We liked everything about the villa, it was as expected. The road to Fira from the villa can get a bit secluded and dark, some extra lighting would be good! Also, the transfer rate to/from the airport could be more competitive.

Excellent villa - Clean, good size, well-serviced, good location and the staff were really friendly. We had a lovely welcome from Claudio and he was always accessible if needed. We particularly enjoyed the space - as two friends sharing, it was great to have the sofa bed. The hot tub was a big part of the reason we booked and that was V clean and well looked after, we used it each night. The temp needed to be increased one night and that was no problem for them. The area around the villa was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice too and they catered for us as vegetarians.

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and this property was perfect because it was secluded, yet easy to drive to all towns around the island. We hired a car and the property had spaces for parking. The hot tub worked amazing so it was nice to relax into after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast was very nice, they were able to cater for vegetarians aswell. Yoghurt with honey is my new fav. The apartment was serviced every day, it has all the amenities you need, they also provided beach towels which was very handy.

The host Claudio was brilliant , meeting us on arrival and on hand pretty much 24/7. Property was cleaned everyday to a high standard , breakfast was plentiful and wonderfully prepared.

Nothing to dislike but couple of minor things that AC in one of the rooms did not work properly and bathroom door was a bit jammed. But we managed and enjoyed the great service by the team.

Claudio was super helpful during our stay. Very good service. Super breakfast and amazing jacuzzi for both villas. Very clean and great house keeping service as well.

We stayed in room with hot tub and sea view. Cleanliness perfect, everything is brand new and of quality. The jacuzzi temperature is perfect and the size is bigger than average in Santorini. Host answers fast for anything you need. Room is big as is the bed, and quality of the mattress is high. Totally recommand, moreover the price is fare compared to quality.

It would have been good if the apartments had a few more facilities like a microwave and an iron but overall everything was perfect.

The location was convenient, very close to the supermarket, restaurants and it was a quiet area if you prefer. The apartments we had were great, one of them had a private jacuzzi which you could use anytime. They had a dog called Toby, so adorable and always came to visit us 🙂 The breakfast was great, you can choose from the list and it was made fresh in the morning and brought to you at the specified time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Claudo and his team are very friendly and welcoming. We also had a furry little host to greet us every morning. The breakfast was delicious. The room was always very clean and tidy. The location was good for driving around the island. Also the view to Fira was very beautiful to enjoy from our private pool. All in all it was a very good value for the money!

We travel a lot and it was honestly the best place we have ever been! The location was great, it was always quiet and peacefull, so great for relax. Claudio the host was super helpfull, recommended us some great places in Santorini and was 24h available for questions or in case of any kind of problems. A sweet/salty breakfast was served in the room every moring until 10 and we did always get very full with it. All in all if we should ever come back to Santorini we would not think twice and book again Black Stone Villas!!!

If you stay here just need to be aware it's a good 15 minute walk up hill would highly recommended getting a scooter or atv. But in a very nice location and nice views

We originally booked Black Stone Villa no. 5 for 2 nights, but it was such a lovely stay, we decided to extend for one more. The villa is beautifully designed and conveniently located a short drive from Fira Market. It’s clean, spacious, and the daily breakfast delivered to our doorstep was delicious. Claudio, the host is hospitable, gracious, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

The villa is really modern with nicely landscaped areas outside. There is also a nice little outside area to sit at. The host Claudio was fantastic, we asked him many questions through WhatsApp during our stay and he was unbelievably responsive to all questions. He organised a car rental for us, recommended restaurants and also booked our airport transfer too! The lady who brought our breakfasts and cleaned the villa was lovely too and greeted us with a smile every morning

The property is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the sea and the village of Fira. Exceptional service, the room was comfortable and always clean. Claudio, one of the main hosts, exceeded any expectation. We always felt that someone got our back whether that was for tips, small things that we needed while staying here or connections about activities that we wanted to do. We will for sure choose Black Stone Villas on our next trip to Santorini.

Had a great time staying at this wonderful place. The accommodation is clean, spacious, quiet modern and comfy. The hot tub on the terrace is superb and a great place to relax and unwind. Claudio was an outstanding and super helpful host, always on call to answer any questions, arranging last minute taxis for us and catering breakfast to our dietary requirements. Klaudio has been the most welcoming host. He has helped us in arranging transport and had great suggestions for our stay in Santorini. Breakfast in the room every morning is super and the attention to gluten free options for me was very important! The room are cosy and super clean, furnished with an amazing taste - the hot tub a plus that we have enjoyed every evening! The hotel is in a quiet area, but only few minutes from Thira... so perfect if you want to enjoy your sleep and still be close to the party area! Its location is very convenient to move around the island! All the luxury details for a stay in Santorini were checked in this place: sea view from our terrace, hot tub, bespoke service that answered all our needs! Thanks again to Klaudio! When we will be back in Santorini, we will definitely come back here!

It was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibaly friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, breakfast in the room… Room was wide and led a comfortable stay. Thira center in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

If you aren’t using a vehicle, the location isn’t very practical, requiring a hilly 20 minute walk to town. Although we understand the entire area was impacted, we suffered multiple power and water outages during our three night stay.
