We only cooked once during our 4 night stay as we did not really plan to cook at all—but if it is your plan you would need to ask for more kitchen utensils, which I’m sure they would provide.

It’s very clean and new! It’s a 5-10 minute drive to Fira and 5 minutes to Karterados town. It was convenient coz we had a car. But if you don’t have it, the bus stop is a 10-min walk. Claudio was very responsive and took care of our needs. The lady who brought breakfast and cleaned the villa everyday is so kind. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but it was always more than enough for us. The hot tub is perfect too, especially that the wind has become a bit cooler at night.

The chairs and deck chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. The pillows for the bed were too hard, and unfortunately it was not possible to get softer ones. The ground floor does not get enough light from the windows, so we always had the entrance door open to get more daylight. But all these critiques are relatively minor - overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great and quiet location provided that you have a car (ca. 1.3km from Fira center, there is a big free parking ca. 300m from the center). The modern maisonette apartment for 4 is spacious and has two bathrooms. The double bed is big and very comfy. Parking in front of the apartment. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Another big plus was that we were allowed to check out only at 2pm, given that we had a late evening flight!

Claudio and his mom are amazing! You just have to be here when you visit Santorini. It’s a short walk (12-16mins) to fira, the city centre and there are lights on some of the paths to help with night walks.

We liked everything about the villa, it was as expected. The road to Fira from the villa can get a bit secluded and dark, some extra lighting would be good! Also, the transfer rate to/from the airport could be more competitive.

Excellent villa - Clean, good size, well-serviced, good location and the staff were really friendly. We had a lovely welcome from Claudio and he was always accessible if needed. We particularly enjoyed the space - as two friends sharing, it was great to have the sofa bed. The hot tub was a big part of the reason we booked and that was V clean and well looked after, we used it each night. The temp needed to be increased one night and that was no problem for them. The area around the villa was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice too and they catered for us as vegetarians.

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and this property was perfect because it was secluded, yet easy to drive to all towns around the island. We hired a car and the property had spaces for parking. The hot tub worked amazing so it was nice to relax into after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast was very nice, they were able to cater for vegetarians aswell. Yoghurt with honey is my new fav. The apartment was serviced every day, it has all the amenities you need, they also provided beach towels which was very handy.

The host Claudio was brilliant , meeting us on arrival and on hand pretty much 24/7. Property was cleaned everyday to a high standard , breakfast was plentiful and wonderfully prepared.

Nothing to dislike but couple of minor things that AC in one of the rooms did not work properly and bathroom door was a bit jammed. But we managed and enjoyed the great service by the team.

We stayed in room with hot tub and sea view. Cleanliness perfect, everything is brand new and of quality. The jacuzzi temperature is perfect and the size is bigger than average in Santorini. Host answers fast for anything you need. Room is big as is the bed, and quality of the mattress is high. Totally recommand, moreover the price is fare compared to quality.

“Didn’t like” is an overstatement. Overall everything was Good. However, to make it Exceptional, implementing a few changes would be nice to have: 1) we had a bit of a battle with wet floor. Since you have to go through the whole apartment from the hot tub, still drenched in water, leaking water from hair and swimsuits, (to go to the tub you make the same way from the shower which you supposed to take prior to), maybe a rug would help, or I a hanger outside. 2) on the wet floor topic, also a shower door would probably be a good investment to avoid rusty floor renovation.3)there was a lot of storage space but I think adding a few more functional shelves would make it more comfortable. 4) to elevate the level of the property maybe a welcome gesture from the owner could be a good idea (a brochure with things to do on the island, the list of close by shops, maybe a bottle of wine etc…). 5) the breakfast was a nice touch but it would be worth elevating the variety, portion sizes and organisational part of it.

We loved the location because it was all about privacy. We could relax in our hot tub without the glances and cameras of tourists which you would get if you stayed at Thira or Oia. With car, which we rented for the whole length of our trip, we had no issue with the “non-central” location of the property. Claudio was really responsive, regularly checked on us, helped with our specific requests.

You can't drink the tap water in Santorini so another bottle of water would have been great in the room (since we had 4 of us). Small suggestion, but would make it all the more comfortable.

Beautiful property and very spacious. Ours had a jacuzzi on the top floor which was a nice addition. Claudio is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anyone to hire a car or ATV to get around Santorini as infrastructure is not great.

It would have been good if the apartments had a few more facilities like a microwave and an iron but overall everything was perfect.

The location was convenient, very close to the supermarket, restaurants and it was a quiet area if you prefer. The apartments we had were great, one of them had a private jacuzzi which you could use anytime. They had a dog called Toby, so adorable and always came to visit us 🙂 The breakfast was great, you can choose from the list and it was made fresh in the morning and brought to you at the specified time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Claudo and his team are very friendly and welcoming. We also had a furry little host to greet us every morning. The breakfast was delicious. The room was always very clean and tidy. The location was good for driving around the island. Also the view to Fira was very beautiful to enjoy from our private pool. All in all it was a very good value for the money!

If you stay here just need to be aware it's a good 15 minute walk up hill would highly recommended getting a scooter or atv. But in a very nice location and nice views

We originally booked Black Stone Villa no. 5 for 2 nights, but it was such a lovely stay, we decided to extend for one more. The villa is beautifully designed and conveniently located a short drive from Fira Market. It’s clean, spacious, and the daily breakfast delivered to our doorstep was delicious. Claudio, the host is hospitable, gracious, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.
