We had an amazing stay at Black Diamond Suites with hosts Kostas and Ana. The room was spotless, spacious, super comfy and had everything we could need. The outside area was very spacious and private too. We enjoyed beautiful views from the balcony and the pool during our stay. The breakfast was really good with a big selection to choose from and all cooked superbly. One of the main highlights for us was meeting Kostas and Ana who couldn't have done more for us - nothing was too much and we felt at home from the moment we arrived - they had a real sense of what we needed and always brought a genuinely feel-good atmosphere. Thanks again and if we visit Santorini again we will absolutely stay here again.

We loved every single detail of the suit, the very best part was total privacy that we appreciated, the place is run by two beautiful persons Kostas and his assistant that were available when ever needed, the whole place was quite and relaxing, the beds are great, the showers are spacious and very clean, the pool perfectly placed and warm, the breakfast table facing the front of the property and the sea, and the breakfast meals were very good and tasty, the space was more than enough to feel comfortable and more like a summer home

The best part of our stay was the totally professional knowledgeable and friendly hosts Anna and Kostas they were amazing starting with the professional welcome from Anna proving us with local information and knowledge and kostas organising our trips etc. The apartment was very clean the views beautiful we would definitely recommend staying in the black diamond and Akrotiri is a great village away from the crowds in Fira and Oia. Kostas and Anna made our vacation perfect from the beginning until the end. The view from our suite was stunning and we could enjoy breakfast from our balcony, looking straight at the Caldera. The private pool was also a plus. Akrotiri is secluded from the hectic towns which we also liked.

We had an exceptional stay at Black Diamond. Kostas and Anna made everything to make our stay at Santorini unforgettable. The place is incredibly beautiful, with a great view of Fira and Oia. Breakfast is so good, with fresh fruits, yogurt and so on (special kudos for the home made omelette). And Kostas has been a perfect guide to recommend places to go and to even organize things for us. Thanks a lot to Kostas and Anna (and big kisses to their family cats)

This place is absolutely amazing, customer service is brilliant as Kostas and Anna are very helpful and attentive to each persons' needs. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable, hot tube is GREAT, breakfast wonderful (they asked us what we like and customized it for each day), park is just beside the property and the location is also great to visit the Island. We felt like home.

I don't even know where to begin... The views are stunning, the accommodation is very clean and well equipped, but most importantly, the hosts are the nicest. They answer all your questions at short notice and greet you personally on arrival. They help with everything, and they do it with a smile every time.The breakfast is stunning, freshly prepeared by Kostas. I highly recommend it if you are looking for the perfect accommodation with a view of the caldera and the sea:) + the pancake is Michelin-level😍

Everything! From the amazing location, the comfortable and clean rooms, the home cooked breakfast every morning with the Caldera in the background! The room was gorgeous, very clean, the towels and sheets smelled wonderful. The pool was jacuzzi was very big and private which was really nice and very hard to find in Santorini. The bed was comfortable and breakfast delicious including dressing pressed coffee which was very nice, fresh fruit. Anna was like a beautiful angel asking if I needed anything and generally very kind and helpful! Kosta for before I had arrived was very accommodating and informative and helpful! They are a beautiful team running the hotel and their positive energy is very evident in every detail!! Will definitely be going back next year, thank you so much!!

Firstly I want to say that if you choose to go to Santorini and you don't know where to stay, you must read the comments and you will not fail to choose somewhere wonderful to stay in. Everything was more than fine. As all the people said, Anna and Kostas were lovely and they take good care of you. Excepting the iron, you have all the facilities in the room (including toothbrushes). Parking is near the suites. Breakfast was good but it depends how do you like to it usually. In this place you do not have a bufet. You receive eggs (fried or omlette), bread, croissants, jam, honey, greek yougrt (is optional) and fruits. For us was delicious and more than enough. I liked that they ask you if you have any allergies. The room in which we stayed was big comfortable and clean. We are more than satisfied. Hope this is helpful for who is reading. 1000/10. I made a mistake with my booking - the staff, specifically Kostas went above and beyond to make my stay in Santorini flawless. Whilst my partner and I were stressing about our mistake, Kostas planned the most perfect beach day and boat trip for us to relax - and reassured us things would be okay. The hosts' knowledge of Santorini and the local services gave us, a young couple with no itinerary, the greatest trip ever. We've travelled to many countries and cities this year, and truly this is the first booking review I've given, as it was perfect. You could tell the hosts really cared about people. It was more than just a place to stay and the services they could provide. Whether the guests were seeking peace and quiet, or were more outgoing, the hosts were particularly accomodating. The location was a bit far from the main village.

The accommodation was amazing, and the view from the hotel room window was breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and they let us check in 3 hrs early.

There was nothing we didn't like apart from the steep walk from town... We chose not to get transport so worked on our, calf muscles instead 😂 There are no sunbeds to lay on in the split level apartment however there is a quiet communal area with 2 beds and a fabulous view that can be used so problem solved...

Loved the view and the accommodation. Spacious with amazing views. Kostas was on hand to sort anything you needed and Anna kept the apartment spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was fantastic, comfortable and spacious and the jacuzzi amazing. Perfect temperature. The breakfasts were amazing and brought each day to your accommodation. We loved our stay at Black Diamond Suites. Our suite was very clean and comfortable and had an amazing view of the Caldera. The hot tub was great after a day of exploring Santorini. The staff were kind and attentive and breakfasts were delicious. The location was in a quieter part of Santorini so we hired a quad bike to get around. Such fun!
