We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The villa/cave was spacious, cool in temperature and beautifully decorated. It had large patio with plunge pool and fabulous view. Pool and outside bar overlooking the Caldera were stunning. Breakfast fabulous served by friendly staff. Reception staff knowledgeable and helpful - arranging trips/car hire and recommend restaurants. Thank you x

This hotel was great, right from our welcome staff were friendly and helpful at advising us of things to do around the island. The pool is amazing, views are great and ideal for sunset. nice food and drinks at the pool too. our room was really nice and spacious, kept clean daily. ideal location about a 15 minute walk from fira. nice restaurants and shops nearby. would come back and stay again! couldn’t stress enough how lovely the staff and the service was 10/10

The location of this hotel is fabulous. You are outside of Fira enough to not deal with the crowds but close enough to walk to any of the restaurants in Fira and there are plenty around the hotel as well.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The views are incredible. Situated just outside the hustle and bustle of the main town Fira but close enough to stroll in and out of. Staff were so kind.

This hotel is simply amazing. It provides great view from Firostefani caldera to Imerovigli. There is a beautiful swimming pool where you can lay during the day, it is big enough and there is space for everyone. The sun beds are comfortable and the staff at the pool bar is very polite. The whole property is super clean and well-maintained. Also it is 10 mins walk to the main town of Fira where there are lot of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay! We were upgraded to better room! Thank you! Definitely recommend it!

United StatesSuper location and while not in Fira, this was negligible. A quick 15 minute walk brought us to the town center in Fira. This was actually a plus because it was not in crowded Fira.
The views of the caldera were above expectations. Included breakfast awesome. Staff spoke English well and were all very very friendly. We had a rental car which was extremely helpful to get around the island. They have free parking at the site which was a huge benefit. The adjacent Mama Thira restaurant was a great place for lunch or dinner with a fantastic view.

Everything, from the booking and immediate response to our special request, to the arrival (luggage carried down- and upstairs by the hotel's porter), with detailed explanations and advice given at check-in by a little angel called Marina, to the squeaky-clean and beautiful room , to the complimentary bottle of rose sparkling wine on arrival, to an exquisite a la carte breakfast, to the relaxing moments at the pool (also impeccably maintained) with an evening drink served with a friendly smile by Tani (sorry if I misspelled you name!!), to fantastic sunsets seen from the balcony and to the sad moment of checkout, which arrived all too quickly but was as smooth and efficient as everything else.

The location of the hotel is perfect - stunning views. The staff is super friendly, ready to help with whatever you need, they arranged activities and transfers for us. The hotel is very clean and you have cosmetics products in your room. We had a room with a private balcony, sun beds and it was truly amazing. This hotel is what you expect when you imagine your amazing stay in Santorini - there is no better view. Also the pool area is very nice, stunning views, very comfortable sunbeds. The breakfast is at the pool area which is stunning.
