Nothing, everything was perfect

Located at 10 minutes by scooter or car from the city center. We loved our personal little terrace, we enjoyed it every morning and every evening, having a beautiful beach view. Staff was very helpful. In the beggining they spent 30 minutes explaining us what are the atractions and what we can do (beaches, restaurant, activities) and at the end they helped us to store our luggages after check out, in order to enjoy the time left until our flight. The kitchen was fully equipped and we prepared our breakfast everyday buying food from markets like lidl, carrefour located at 15minutes by car. Other advantage is that we had space to park the scooter.

We had a nice and clean apartment with a nice view. The room was cleaned daily.

The kitchen is seriously underequiped. No knife, no cutting plate, stove needed hastling to work. Bring your own if you travel by car (we did). Only 1 toilet paper changed by room service, no spare ones. No easy way to remove sink plug when you decide to fill the sink (mechanism is broken). Room service had to do that.

There could be a courtain in the shower, the kitchen could be a bit more equipped and the wifi was most of the time very weak.

There was a beautiful view to the beach from the balcony. The studio was not too far from the beach, approximately 10 minutes by walk. The surrounding nature was beautiful and there were not many tourists - great place if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. The staff was very helpful and friendly. :)

The room itself is a 5. It's okayish, just old. The WiFi is barely existent (you can only slowly browse websites)

The property is quite far out of Lefkada town, so a car is a must. There is no shower curtain so the bathroom floor will get wet, but it dries up very quickly.

Gorgeous property with clean, comfortable rooms and private balconies. There’s an exceptional view especially at sunset. The property manager, Mike, was incredibly helpful and provided plenty of great recommendations for my stay in Lefkada. I loved staying at Bella Casa!

A water boiler should be useful, the tool of the hairdryer is missing so it cant be used at all though it is listed among the equipments.. Lights did not work in the hall.

The view was nice and the bed was comfortable, the balcon is big enough.

The walls are very thin. We had some noisy neighbors, who talked loudly, moved chairs, etc. in the middle of the night. So this was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately I don't know what can be done, because you cannot rebuild the walls. Maybe just reinforce the message to the guests, that the walls are thin and to try to be as quiet as they can. At night, most of the guests, were talking in whispers, when staying on the balcony (as we also did). But of course there are some exceptions, who don't have common sense. Also watch out for mosquitos, the rooms have mosquitos net, but they still enter when you accidentally leave the net open. The shower would be better with a shower curtain, the bathroom floor was always wet, after we took a shower.

The view from the balcony was very nice. The studio was very well equipped : Sandwich-maker, frying pan (all the necessary for the kitchen). They even had a clothes dryer support. The trash was taken every day and the sheets and towels were changed properly. Our host Michael/Mihail/Mike was great : a very hospitable guy, very helpful, providing all the tips to reach the nicest locations in Lefkada, and most important : a very funny guy :)

it was weird to find two single beds instead of twin bed.

I liked the view from the balcony, the whole quiet atmosphere was perfect. communication with hosts was easy via viber. everything was very simple. kittens around are adorable and made my mornings.

Bit loud neighbours. Bit difficult to find, up the hill. Construction site next door was not the peace and quiet i was hoping for. Basic, but that is also why the price is low.

What a view.....absolutely beautiful, could sit here for a month watching the sun rise and set, peaceful....chickens, goats and kittens....very Greek. Met by very helpful host who assisted us with directions after we got a bit lost....be mindful it isn't easy to find, best done in the daylight and currently there is a bit of building work going on next door but it didn't bother us. Will definitely come back again if we can.

Wouldn't suggest this place for older people. Difficult access with high steps with no lighting, owners charged us twice the price and that is a big mistake when you pay with card, rooms seemed a bit older than shown in photos. Refrigerator door was broken and could not close properly. Hand dirt from other people were on the bathroom walls, place is not so easy to find even with maps.

Room was large with nice view, most of the time quiet.

We never met the hosts. I am not really sure if they exist. The apartments have a water shortages hence we spent one night dirty and salty. The hosts were unable to provide the water. The parking is not a regular parking but a simulation of it. It has a slope - would not recommend it for your car. Our overall impression is that you should avoid this place. But, I do hope that the hosts will take this comment into account and try to improve their facilities.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. We could feel the springs sticking into us. There was also an injured stray cat that the contact at the office was not able to give us any info on how to contact a local cat rescue agency.

We loved the view and the private balcony and the quiet location. We planned to explore more, but we loved relaxing on the balcony, drinking wine and taking in the view. It was a nice easy walk to the beach so we did go down a couple of times to swim and watch the kitesurfing. We could also walk to the supermarket. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare and easy meal and eat it on the balcony.
