Where to even begin, the villa was beyond our wildest dream and even more stunning than the photos! The team were so lovely and nothing was ever too much of an ask, they made the trip even better. Super comfortable beds, much needed aircon and the most incredible view. We loved how private the property was, you could see the swarms of tourists getting the sunset shot and we really felt very separated from it. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely the best property we stayed at during our two weeks through Italy and Greece. It’s at the top the view close to everything. The space here is amazing, especially during sunsets when the crowds line the streets.

For information, the property didn't have a washing machine as advertised. The owner did offer to use his machine which is located in his unit below. Other than that, everything was perfect.

What an amazing property right at the top of the hill. No need to walk up and down hilltop stairs to get to your accomodation, which may suit those who can't manage stairs very well. The expansive views of the Caldera were absolutely amazing, especially the sunsets. We were able to have evening drinks on the balcony while watching the setting sun. In the morning you can watch the cruise ships come in as well as super yachts. The binoculars were a nice touch. The owner helped us with transport and porters to and from the airport. We also had a welcome pack of pantry staples and coffee pods, which was very much appreciated. Everything was super convenient and within walking distance of the accomodation. We had a very comfortable stay and didn't want to leave and would recommend this property to family and friends.

This is not specific to this place, but just be prepared to be patient with mobs of people when the bus and cruise tour groups fill the narrow walkway that accesses the villa. This seems to be worst in the late morning.

I cannot imagine there is a better view anywhere on Santorini. It is just breathtaking to sit on the expansive terrace and look over the entire caldera. The place itself is beautifully designed and perfectly comfortable. All of the photos are accurate. The kitchen was well-stocked and pleasurable to cook in. Even with the crowds around, it feels private and secluded. It was exactly what we were looking for and even surpassed our expectations.

We loved everything.

We loved that we were met at the airport and taken to the villa, it made it so mush easier for us as we hadn't been to Santorini before. It was so nice of the host to leave food items for us and also a bottle of wine. We loved everything about the villa, it was so spacious and comfortable, the view was incredible, we would definitely stay there again.

At first we thought the place is a bit dusty. Later we realised it is because of the wind in Santorini and also the house is at the top of the cliff so the dust comes from outside. The cleanness can be 10 out of 10 if not the natural dust coming from outside. The property's airconditioning can be enhanced. Though it is ok if we leave the windows open and the ceiling fan does a great job.

It is probably the best view in Santorini. Our friends stayed in other boutique villas and everyone voted this place the top view, spacious and comfortable. It is a paradise for photographers, couples or families to capture the beauty of Santorini. The sunset view is so beautiful. The house is almost the highest point of the village with commanding views to sunset and Caldera.

Nothing. It was perfect.

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Greece. The terrace is BEAUTIFUL - you can see the sunrise, the famous sunset and the beautiful moon over the water all from the comfort of your home. The host was fantastic. Very responsive to any and all questions. The home was central to everything we wanted to do. Simply amazing. I would stay there again and recommended it to anyone traveling to Oia.

The location was perfect! you can see both the sunrise to left and sunset to right. The caldera view was something I cannot get over with. Will definitely stay here again. We were also provided with breakfast goodies and the staff were friendly and accessible. They replied to my questions fast. They can also arrange a porter who would bring your luggages ( I tipped them), and airport transfer to the hotel.

The master bedroom was a little dusty but I cleaned the shelf and floor by the bed.

Awesome location and beautiful home. The complimentary beverages and snacks was an added bonus. Phillip was great with helping you with anything you needed.

Having to leave, it's so beautiful!!

Absolutely stunning location, we got married here 10 years ago so returned for our anniversary (with children this time!). Easily the best location in Santorini to watch the sunset. Filippos and team was an excellent host, thank you for your help!
