The check in process was laborious, waited 40 mins after collecting luggage for the 'free' transfer only to be taken to an office at the Port to fill in a form with information that was already given via booking.com. Another 30 minute wait and we were driven to the accommodation. The second bed did not have a proper mattress and I slept more comfortable when I spent time in Prison. The toilet seat was not attached properly and moved about and the lid did not stay up . I would still recommend as everything else was in order and was good value compared to other properties in the area.

Great location close to the beach and town and bus stop. Clean, bright spacious studio with nice sea view.

Noisy drain from the apartment above, small queen bed, limited space in the kitchen, a bit chaotic pick-up to the airport (late arrival and lack of communication, make sure to ask for the pick-up yourself during the check-in).

Location (very close to a beach, supermarkets and bus stops), A/C, cleaning every 2 days, pick-up at the airport, car rental discount.

Nice accommodation right by the beach and a 20-minute walk from the city center. Thorough cleaning every 2 days. Communication with Mrs. Nina was excellent, she arranged for us to rent a car and pick up from and to the airport, which was included in the price. On arrival we received a nice gift, homemade jam and a bottle of water. We were very satisfied.

The only thing I could mention was the stairs to reach our room..was a bit challenging with a small kid but the view honestly worth it!

The owner, Ms. Nina, was incredibly kind and greeted me with a homemade gift. The check-in process at the office located next to the port was swift and simple. Afterward, Ms. Nina arranged a ride to my room using their car. Upon arrival, I met Katerina, who welcomed me with a big smile and assisted me in getting settled into the room. The place was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location next to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and decided to extend my stay by an additional 4 days.

The view from our balcony from Orange room (ground floor) wasn't exactly a special view. We could see a bit of sea, but it wasn't what we expected. From other floors the view is probably better.

Extremely well organized check-in and check-out including pick up at the airport and transport to the airport. Very fast communication and solution of our requests by Nina, the contact person. Nice, spacious and bright apartment with nice balcony and well equiped kitchen. Very nice and friendly stuff. The apartmant has a good air condition and ventilator that is great in hot days on Skiathos. Easy to use and good safe box. About 10 minutes by walk to the town (find a way between houses, not on the road where are many cars).

Very friendly - free of charge - transfer to the downtown reception, and from there to the property. The location is great, on the quiet side from the city and with the beach at armslength. We made many day and evening strolls along the beach to the city for a typical Greek meal or cocktail.

Stove not working, we couldnt cook anything. We write to owner and no anwser and I even went to skiathos town were you do check in and told them and no fix when we were there.

Walk to skiathos tows was 30min or bus stop near. Nice small room.

I don't have a single complaint.

I can only recommend this accommodation. The room was clean and plenty of storage space. We had clean towels every two days and the room was cleaned. The staff was great. We could contact them with anything. If there were any problems, everything was resolved immediately. And not to forget the view from the balcony. It is unforgettable.

We liked the apartment the most, it was cozy with all the necessary stuff inside. The service was outstanding, Nikos and Nina were ready to help us and guide us all the time. Their pick up and drop off service was cherry on the top. The view from balcony was also nice. The apartment was clean and also regularly cleaned by the staff. We are definitely coming back here

The water pressure was a bit unregular

The apartment is nice with a spectacular sea view and it is cleaned every two days and also the sheets and the towels are changed. But the most important aspect is that Nina, the host, is super caring and kind: she helped us to find our way back home and we could count on her as she is very competent and informed about transportation around the island and Greece.
