As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff at the drop off area and he took care of our luggage and was surprised that we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. OMG! it was bigger than our apartment in the states. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full size fridge. The best part is the rooftop jacuzzi hot tub with a spectacular breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset which we basked in every night. A small dip pool in the terrace my husband enjoyed, We were treated like royalty, and I'm most impressed with their subtle gesture of thoughtfulness anticipating our needs ahead of time. You get to choose what you want to eat for breakfast from their menu and delivered at a specified time you selected. Hands down best breakfast we've ever had in Greece especially the freshly baked breads. The suites had all the amenities a 5star hotel offer: Quality linens, comfortable king size bed, and toiletries made from Greece. Don't waste your time just pick Avista Suites for the following reasons: Panoramic unobstructed view of sunset and caldera. privacy and top notch personal service and hospitality that will make your stay memorable.

We were so glad we chose to stay in Imerovigli! Abundant charm without the pretension of Oia. The suite was gorgeous, the linens lush and the bed super comfy. A delicious breakfast served on the patio daily made us feel pampered. The rooftop patio was a divine place to watch the sunset or have a nightcap. Labros (phonetic spelling) was so very welcoming and helpful. His recommendations for dinner and excursions were spot on. Cannot recommend this place enough!

There is nothing not to like here… you will not be disappointed!

This was our second stay at Avista Suites, the first being in 2017. Our experience was as amazing as our first time. The views are incredible as you’re near the highest point in Santortini being in Imerovigli, which also seems more peaceful and relaxing than Oia or Fira. The hospitality provided by Lampros and staff were exceptional. He helped arrange our transfers, dinner reservations, catamaran cruise and private wine tour prior to our arrival. The wine tour Is highly recommended! We were also upgraded to the honeymoon suite upon arrival. This was unexpected but sincerely appreciated!

There really was very little I could suggest to improve. It was a perfect little trip for us.

Upon arrival we were greeted at our Taxi and bags taken in to the suites. We were then given a glass of wine and had a nice converstaion with Lampros where he advised us on the Island and things we should look to do. We were very happy with our room and the amenities, it was also cleaned every day. Breakfast each day had a wide range of options and we were very happy with the food. We were even presented with a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Lampros was also extremely helpful in booking us restaurants and a hire car. Where he had booked the restaurants for us we had excellent tables with wonderful views of the sunset. I am sure this would have been as a result of Lampros requesting such great tables. We also had the assistant who was there for us every day with anything we needed, i.e. water, fruit etc.. He kept the roof top tidy and put candles out each night for us to chill when we got back in. I would strongly recommend going to Imerovigli if you are travelling to Santorini, it was a little quieter than Fira or Oia, which is what we wanted. And I would highly recommend Avista Suites.

There was nothing to not like!!!

The Avista is in an incredible location allowing for amazing sunsets from your roof terrace and private hot tub. The service was first class, lots of special touches and amazing breakfasts delivered to your private terrace. We will definitely return! Thank you Avista!

I did not like that we had to leave! :)

Lampros and John were phenomenal hosts. They anticipated our needs and were very friendly, thoughtful and kind. The accommodations were fabulous and the view spectacular. Everything from the welcome drink, advice and suggestions, accommodations and overall service was top notch. The breakfast each morning was delicious. My family and I had a magnificent time and we highly recommend the Avista Suites. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect.

Great support from Lampros and John on activities, transportation, restaurants... Breakfast is unique, very good (fresh orange juice, freddo capuccino, fruit salad ....) while having a breathtaking view of all the island, near the pool. Beds are of high quality. Fresh pool perfect during the day and hot jacuzzi on the roof, perfect for the sunset.

Lampros and John were amazing! We got in early because our flight was early and our room was ready. They made sure everything was perfect everyday and that we had everything we needed. Lampros spent time with us recommending what to do on the island and the best places to eat. The air con in our room was also amazing! Thank you so much ❤️

Nothing, there is absolutely nothing to dislike at all!

Wow wow wow what can I say about our stay at Avista Suites! It was utterly incredible from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Lampros and John are simply amazing and are 5* hosts, nothing at all is too much bother! The honeymoon suite we stayed in with friends was stunning and the views from the roof top were simply breathtaking across the Caldera. The breakfast that John delivered at your specified time was literally amazing and tasted so delicious! We even had freshly made smoothies delivered to us by the pool one morning whilst waiting to go out! Avista Suites are in the perfect location to explore the other towns with great restaurants close by too. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here. This was for my 50th Birthday and a trip we will never ever forget, thank you💙

The minisplit AC unit was a little touchy, we struggled a bit to get it to respond to the remote. The shower door/panel design was lovely but not superb at keeping water from getting on the bathroom floor.

Incredibly warm, generous, and helpful hosts! The stylish white cave setting felt 100% Santorini and the sunsets from our roof deck were even more stunning than we’d imagined.

We had a fabulous stay at Avista Suites - the room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, the hot tub was fantastic in the evenings (despite it being summer, the nights can be cool), the view was second to none, the location was quiet and private (quite difficult to achieve in Santorini) and the hosts (Lampros and John) were wonderful!! We can’t wait to come back!

It was absolutely beautiful and well maintained property. The service was exceptional and so friendly. We really were sorry we only had a two night stay. The pool and the setting is magical. I also cannot compliment the staff from the front desk to the workers at the restaurant and bar.

The breakfast was always freshly prepared and there was a lovely choice available. We could select the time we wanted and John would always arrive with a smile and breakfast presented on a silver tray wherever we wanted to eat. It was always delicious!

Avista Suites was amazing!! The staff is super friendly and all the positive reviews were accurate. Breakfast was excellent every morning! Delivered right to the room, any time with tons of options. Get the homemade fresh homemade cakes! The location was amazing. Walkable to nearby restaurants and less than 25 min walk to Fira. Also right next to the Imerovigli bus stop. The view from the hotel is absolutely incredible!! You are literally the highest point on the island and can see everything. You are right near the walking path for beautiful views of the towns especially at night. The room was excellent, spacious, tons of outdoor space and very comfortable beds. They were more private than others in the area since you are above the walking path and no one is above you. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

This is the perfect location. Very quiet but easily walk to Fira and take the bus to Oia or anywhere else. The breakfast made to order is delicious and exceeds expectations. The hot tub and roof deck are amazing to watch the sunset. Lampros and John go out if their way to do for you and make sure you are comfortable and your vacation is special. From roses and welcome drink on arrival to a complimentary glass of wine in brought to us while in the hot tub. They offered to make reservations for restaurants, book tours, and arranged our airport transfers. We would highly recommend and stay again. It was perfection.
