The workout room is in disrepair and not clean....needs work!

Breakfast, pool, and staff were exceptional! The owner is on property and she went the extra distance to ensure our bags were delivered next day (lost in Munich). They even have a complementary shuttle for airport, shops, or seaport transfer! Bartender George (from Athens) is fantastic!!! I would highly recommend this property! Very, very quiet, and infinity edge pools very clean and perfect temp! Really enjoyed watching the ocean sunrise right from the pool this morning....spectacular!

Nothing at all

Great, new suites and facilities. The pool is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. Due to the slightly poor location, they have free shuttle service to / from the airport / port and to Oia / Fira. That made it really convenient. They picked us up at 1am from the airport and still everything was smooth. They also gave us a really late check out which was really nice of them. The hot tub was just a cherry on top!

Pool area was lovely and spacious. Rooms were of a good size and were very clean. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff were great and went out of their way to help. Courtesy mini bus was a real bonus and saved us a lot of money in taxis - which are not cheap!

The hotel is very nice and modern. They are offering a lot. You have free transfer to Fira and OIA. The hotel workers were all great! Nicolas made us some good cocktails and Nicole took care for our special wishes. Thanks for having us there, we enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is a bit far out, but the hotel transport is great. There are a number of shuttle buses throughout the day which meant the location didn’t really matter!

Amazing pool area, staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms were big and clean.

The staff were all so lovely and friendly. They couldn't do enough to help. There was a shuttle service running daily which takes you to the main parts which was amazing. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I never leave reviews but felt I had to for this hotel.

The shuttle times. Shuttle didn’t run before 11:00am and after 8:15. Would have loved to have the shuttle run a little later.

The service was excellent!! The breakfast was good. We also loved being away from the crowds and only a short 10 min ride to fira/oia. You can catch the bus to town from our hotel. The bus station is not far from the hotel. Cheaper option for transportation. We loved the bartender at this hotel, we were there every night! The drinks he made were amazing!! Having a complimentary shuttle to take you to town and to take you to and from the airport/port is a plus as well! They even fixed us to go boxes for breakfast before leaving! Very thoughtful of them. Overall, great stay!!

Would suggest the rooms downstairs to be inferior to the rooms on the first floor. Location may put some off (but shuttle makes up for it imo)

The property is out of the rush of Santorini, but offers shuttles to Fira & Oia for free which is such a bonus. The shuttle driver is very accommodating & helpful, as are the reception staff. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff & made it feel a very personal experience. Breakfast every morning had everything to offer.

The only thing was the bed that was too hard.

This place is amazing! The staff was so great providing flexible check-in and keeping our luggage after check out until our flight. We really appreciate all the support helping us book taxis and also providing free airport transfers and shuttle to Fira and Oia. The pool area is great. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The way they place the rooms is excellent as we can see the pool area and have a lot of privacy at the same time. We can't recommend enough. The bar and restaurant were great as well. Besides that they offered a delicious breakfast.

Room was very basic and could have done with an Iron and tea and coffee facilities. The Hot tub took over half an hour to fill up as these are empty on arrival. Apart from that the room was fine.

Staff were amazing! food was delicious and the pool was gorgeous. The transfers into Oia and Fira were great and saved money as a taxi 1 way was 30 euros.

This is very minor, but it would be nice to have Smart TVs with Netflix or Youtube.

All the staff were amazing, helpful and attentive to our needs. They all made sure we had a wonderful time. I would like to commend Konstantinos and Nicole for ensuring we have everything we needed to make our holiday a great one, to Ivan for taking us around the island, to Andreas and the Breakfast Crew for all the food recommendations and all the delicious food we got to eat. Special mention as well to Santos Navigators for showing us the beautiful spots around the island. While the location is a bit far from all the action, it is a beautiful spot to unwind and have more peace and reconnect with nature. We had free transport taking us to the main parts of the island at scheduled times. The pool was very beautiful as well. I would recommend this place to all future travellers.

It’s location is remote, no buses stop along the route so just bear in mind you’ll be forking out 35 euros one way for a trip into Fira or Oia… the transfer they have is handy but could run earlier in the day. The location wasn’t ideal and that was the biggest issue

Some small additions could make the room feel more luxurious, including hooks to hang towels/bags. But overall a lovely stay

The hotel is located in a calm part of the island so it’s a good option for a relaxing break. The staff are incredible, so helpful and so friendly. A small team keep the hotel running perfectly
