Location was a little bit out from main resort , but only €10 in a taxi

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were very good/enthusiastic yet not pushy. Food was lovely and great service from waiting staff.

Food was not to my liking but to be fair hot may jut be an All Inclusive thing. The drinks were ok as long as you stuck to spirits, cocktail were awful.

Staff are wonderful and the hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms, comfy beds and beautiful grounds.

Attitude of some of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. The place is extremely expensive, and if you are going to offer all inclusive on drinks please don't offer a beer that is so weak you could drink it all day without it having any effect. Also the snack bar offers food until 5.30pm, - you try getting anything other than the left-over wraps after 4.45pm and you will be disappointed.

Great hotel, so glad we chose this , would highly recommend . Food was fantastic with a great section . Staff were incredible , if you are after a relaxing holiday , this is fantastic choice.

The standard of food was ok but could have been better in terms of variety. The drinks in the 'all inclusive' package were not really good enough, and the house white and red wines were poor. The live music in the evenings was good but far too loud, and made conversation impossible. Also there were often two lots of music which clashed.

The general standard of the rooms and common areas was very good. Outside space was also very good with lots of sun beds and shady areas.

Rooms are tired looking, especially the bathrooms. Lady at main bar at nights can't mix all drinks properly. Young man at Olivia bar most nights is miserable and needs to be more customer friendly.

The room upgrade, complimentary late check out and meal at the a la carte restaurant, wine cakes and gift in room. Vasia, Lola and Rimi excellent as usual. The tall man at the Panorma bar was good too. Will book again for our 6th visit for next year.

Over eager and self-entitled guests that reserved more sun loungers than required, and were extremely wasteful at the buffet style restaurant.

As a family we really enjoyed relaxing in the resorts olive grove, which was near to the slides and beach. The range of slides, and the provision of a safe but fun lifeguard was a highlight of the stay. As was the service at the reception, at the bars, in the restaurants, and at our room.

We were very disappointed with the former room we got near to kitchen, especially due to air ventilation, which brings on our balcony smell of fried oil from the kitchen. I was also surprised when during the night, twice, around 2 and 6 o'clock, the glass rubbish from the kitchen was being crashing / breaking in bins and making a lot of noise. The hotel provided a lot of food, which was over the quality. I would expect less food and better quality. I can't understand how the scramble eggs can even be made bad - but they were. And I was also unhappy to seeing that they refer actually water with orange syrup as a orange juice, and so on. I think this is out of 5 stars hotel concepts. The whole resort is a bit outdated, and would require some better maintenance and modernization. I think 5 stars should be reviewed.

When we complained about the room, we got an upgrade. I also like how the manager wanted to manage the complaint and the effort he put on it. We liked all the pools, pine forest near the beach, sea, evening culture program (even it was a bit outdated), views. Upgraded room was fair enough, I expected better cosmetic as this is 5 start hotels. I like fridge service, too.

Location is a little out of the way so reliant on a car or unreliable taxis. Some rooms are some distance from reception and main hotel but close to evening entertainment. Also reception will get golf buggy when needed for luggage etc.

Was upgraded to a room with a private pool which was lovely. Room and pool cleaned to high standard every day. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for their guests. Special mention goes to Mario for his exceptional service and reception staff. Food and drink was as expected for All Inclusive with wide choice and there were rarely any queues for tables. Beautiful location with small beach area by water slides where you could always find loungers and waiter/ress service for drinks.

Being called a food thief and that "I'd be charged for the food." This food was the same food I'd been served, but unlike everyone else, I have conditions where I can not eat very fast and be careful or by WC in my room for certain deserts. I got abused by a patron when I spilt my drink over myself and told "to sort my ******* act out." 30 minutes later, I heard a shout of "I hope you get cancer!" From same woman. It was very upsetting, and I reported it to multiple managers, but none took action. The Aluasoul Zakynthos called as I'd fallen from ridiculous 45% steep ramp a metre high. They didn't let me in for many hours due to whatever was said to them. The manager of Aluasoul Zakynthos also called my Hire Car Company to get me banned too. I'm in an electric chair, asked if Doctor was available and then made to wait outside in pain for many hours before finally accepting my booking ref and pin but even after such a long wait my room was "Accessible Room" as I clearly stipulated. Nobody told me, I found out once in my room.

Some staff were great (especially the Head Chef) Head Chef knew about private medical condition I told him about and gave "to go" boxes so I could consume them in my room

Too noisy for us I would say that this is a great family resort. We felt that the hotel does not accommodate for people our age. We like low key entertainment and the hotel does not offer this other than a lady singer once a week. The main entertainment at night was the other side of the hotel, we did try it once but drinks in plastic throw away cups is not for us. We understand around the pool areas plastic cups but not in the evening. We felt the hotel was tired and needs some deep cleaning.

Exceptional service from dining, bar staff and reception. Liked the location as it was walkable to tavernas outside. Food was quite good. In saying of the things we were not so happy about we still had a nice stay and the friendliness of the staff makes up for it.

I would rate this lower than a 5* as there was no room service option, slight attention to detail required in terms of room fixtures and that the entertainment was split between indoor and outdoor over an evening where they might wish to consider a programme for both nightly, that suits both families and couples.

The room was very clean (I stayed in a pool view room) it had amenities that a holiday resort should. I required several changes to my booking before going and found the service of support excellent. There was access to a small beach from the hotel. Daily food choices were a great variety - definitely something for everyone. Quad bikes can be hired from just around the corner - I recommend Caretta as they gave the best price - and it’s great for exploring the island and cheaper than taxis if you keep it all day and night.

The breakfast and dinner were disappointing and served in a canteen like atmosphere unless you sit outside (where there was no shade on the tables). The bathroom in our room was completely outdated, cracked tiles and a shower head that was replaced, however not what you would expect from a 5 star establishment. The evening entertainment was in held in the brightly lit lobby - just all felt a little cheap. The saving grace is the views.

I would not rate it as a 5-star hotel. Overall, it leaves the impression that everything was done just to get the 5-star classification and then left as is: the grass area needed more attention - there were little puddles of mud in which you stepped; broken things in the children's play area; the food was impersonal and gave the feeling of a canteen, to name but a few things.

I liked the spacious room and bathroom, and particularly appreciated the recycling facilities. I liked the little library they gathered at the reception area with books left by other guests. Nice staff serving on the beach.
