A few things I didn’t like about the property was that if you are staying on the ground floor it can get noisy and can get very hot in there due to no airflow( air con has to stay on for airflow) Also the shower was hand held so you have to try to wash yourself while holding it which made it difficult (haven’t come across at any of my other stays)

The two downsides are there was no hook to hang the shower head, meaning you had to hold it yourself with one hand and shower. (Room 202) not sure if the others are the same. The other downside was that the room doors do not have a silencer on them when they close and people are leaving at all times of day/night. I got woken up 3-4 times per night with doors being slammed closed by other guests. The corridors echo. The hotel should get a handy man in to address this issue, it’s a simple fix!

Fantastic location in Psirri. 5 min walk to the Airport train station which is at Monstriki Square. There’s a convenience shop downstairs, a 1 min walk away is a busy little square with restaurants, cafes and lots of food options heading towards Monetriki Square. But best of all, within Psirri still, just above and to the side of Monestriki square of an evening is so many amazing cute themed restaurants. Take a stroll of an evening, it won’t disappoint you. Very easy walking distance from Acropolis etc. 10 min or so enjoyable walk to Plaka. It is self check-in and really easy. Nice check-out time of 11:30am! There’s a lift available. Rooms are clean and reasonable size. Comes with some basic toiletries and towels.

Definitely the location was the main drawcard for me. Close to many good restaurants and tourist attractions. I've stayed here once before so I knew it was a reliable, clean and comfortable place but no frills. Budget without being TOO budget.

My door did not lock. I found out the last day. Came back to the room and I slightly touch the door and the door open. Without using the key card. The good thing is that the building was safe and only residents could enter it

The hotel is as close to the center as you can expect. The rooms were cosy, and the staff was very helpful. Actually, we felt like all the people in the street were the staff eager to help:).

I believe I was unlucky when I found a very strong smell of smoke of cigarettes when I first entered in the room.

The place is perfectly located and it is very comfortable and organized in general. The room is also very huge and the bed is very comfortable. It was my second stay in the place, because I really liked it last year.

room and bathroom require a bit more of natural ventilation to reduce humidity (mostly on the toilet). Main hall is noisy but our room located at the end of the hall was much better and avoid that problem. also this hotel is more like bed and breakfast, with no reception, luggage storage or even the usual free coffee/tea/water, we didn’t had room cleaning on 3 nights but this was a mistake and staff apologized and provided luggage storage for free which was nice and very useful.

We didn’t love how much noise you can hear from other guests eg. the front door, lift, stairs etc. The design of the hotel means you can see / hear all the other rooms. We didn’t get much sleep unfortunately.

The location felt dodgy arriving at night but we learnt that it’s the design of the area with graffiti and cool shops/bars around. It ended up being the perfect location for us to spend the day walking around Athens. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and communication with the staff was easy, they were super helpful, even brought us spare blankets at 11pm.

But the sound insulation is not very good, if someone speaks at night, you can hear it very clearly, and there is no window, it is rather stuffy.

Ideal location to visit the centre of Athens, walking distance to all attractions. Spacious modern rooms (decoration opinion is subjective), comfy bed. Some rooms do not have windows to the exterior and the hotel is self-check-in and there's no staff there, but all that is said in the description of the room/hotel, so I got what I was expecting and I didn't need more for my stay. I don't think you can get more for the price in the centre of Athens.

This is not a property to relax and find peace. It can be very noisy all day. The suite is in need of some TLC. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa, several cracks around the bath and chipped sink. The suite can be very sexy for couples, but good luck if you have an argument because you cannot even find privacy in the toilet. only a glass separate the toilet from the bedroom area and only part of this glass is transparent. This means that your legs are always visible (even when you are sitting at the toilet 😂 - not very sexy) and if you decide to turn on the light in the middle of the night to visit the toilet, the light will flood the room. There is no housekeeping so keep your towels clean and take the rubbish out. However, I do believe that if you need anything you can just ask the housekeepers who are in the building in the morning or contact the property staff anytime. The communication is FAST and EXCELLENT.

The property is in an excellent location (take it from an Athenian). The area is called psirri, it is vibrant and full of bars and restaurants and very close to historical landmarks and means of public transport. Yes, it can be noisy but unfortunately this is the city centre for you. The view from the suite was to die for. We had a full uninterrupted view of Acropolis along with an amazing Urban view. The suite bed was large and comfortable. The shower always had hot water and the right pressure. Having the air condition was a life saver. Could do with an extra pillow. The staff were always available on the phone (cheeky at time but it was rather entertaining). They booked our airport taxi at 5 am. Their VIP taxi service was excellent and cannot be compared to the service the majority of the yellow taxis provide which can be very poor. Overall, the suite was good value for money but not for everyone due to some drawbacks.
