Absolutely no faults with this place. Very well designed, well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Location is superb and the hosts were so kind. The terrace was an amazing addition to the top floor room. I would come back to Athens just to stay here!

We had two rooms for my family of 4. One room was on the ground floor and was very noisy but the other one upstairs was very quiet. I think the negative reviews are mostly related to the ground floor bedrooms.

The rooms have everything you need. I stay in a lot of high end hotels for my business travel and this hotel had thought of everything that the high end hotels have. Every time I wonder if they have something, iron, hairdryer, shaving kit, whatever, they always had it. The staff was very nice and helpful too. Communication was excellent.

Close to Parthenon/Acropolis hill and shopping. Breakfast was in fridge, extra bottle of wine and fruit. Check in was simple and lady was there to assist as well.

I was on the bottom floor and might have liked an upstairs view better - I did not ask for this so there was nothing anyone did wrong but next time I will know

There were some motorcycles and cars going up and down the street quite fast and quite loud; but, we were so tired we slept well. The bed was very comfortable, so when we laid down, we went to sleep quickly! There were ear plugs for us, but we didn’t use them.

The breakfast items were all good! Plenty of snacks, coffee, and water—which was very nice! And, fresh fruit which was a bonus! The location was perfect to walk to the acropolis and to wonderful restaurants, and stores to shop! If we ever go back to Athens, we would want to stay in this same one again!

I can get a bit noisy at night, but that just comes with the ground floor room we were in. I would have loved butter croissants instead of chocolate, but that is just a preference.

The breakfast was great and plentiful each morning. The location was amazing and close to a lot of shopping and dining, and a short walk to the Acropolis.

The location is the best in Plaka! It’s max 10min to Acropolis and coolest bars, restaurants and shopping wright next to it. The room is brand new!! Everything is top modern! Also the facilities are amazing in the room: you just need to bring yourself.

Our room was right on the street (really one step up from the street) therefore at night it sometime got a little bit loud when a car passed or a group walked by. But the hotel provided both earplugs and eye masks to do their best :)

The hotel is very central, it is close to both Acrapolis, other historical sites (Tower of Winds, Roman Agora, etc.) and Monastiraki tram station. So it was both very accessible coming from the airport via tram and during our visit, we never had to walk too far. The room has all the promised amenities and more. We had everything we might need from a dental kit to a city guide. Through the app messaging system, team was very accessible. Whenever we had a question, he had received an answer within minutes. Thank you, for this! During house keeping they leave the daily breakfast for the next day to your room. Through this method, you can eat/drink/take with you and it worked perfectly for us :) They had enough options and it was fulfilling.
