We had 4 people and had to share a loft room. It wasn't horrible, but it would have been better if we had two rooms at least as the sofa bed and cot were not comfortable.

The staff was amazing, very nice and on top of things. Our private pool was great and allowed us to just relax throughout the day. The massages were great as well.

Rooms were lovely and clean very modern hotel breakfast excellent choice but what made our holiday were the staff receptionists were lovely but a huge thank you to costas and Dimitris who made our holiday so special I would highly recommend this hotel it’s beautiful

Only tiny blemish is the private pool we had was not heated so it was a trial by ice going for a dip.

Beautiful hotel with super comfy beds and the rooms are stunning. The staff are probably the nicest staff we have ever had in a hotel, and we travel a lot! They could not do enough for us. The location was nice, just outside of Fira but only a 10 min walk up to the cliff top restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Without doubt the best customer care/service we've had in a hotel. I can't recommend them highly enough. In addition, the whole hotel was furnished to a high standard, the breakfast was excellent as was the pool area.

The Astro Palace is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent in terms of access to Fira Centre and the airport.

Fira town is extremely busy and a little tacky

Amazing place in Santorini. Loved this hotel, rooms are spacious, pool is great to relax during the afternoon. An amazing front desk staff full of great recommendations and attentions! Will definitely come back !

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There were lots of options for breakfast including freshly made omelettes and coffee. The pool bar staff could not do enough for you and the food at the pool was fabulous too.

Staff were amazing, and super friendly! The food was always good, and the rooms were lovely and big. We had a great stay at the hotel and if/ when we come back to Santorini we will definitely be heading back to stay at Astro Palace, its a great hotel and great location!

The property faces the east of the island and not the caldera but it is a short walk up to Fira

Not quite at the high level facility wise or breakfast wise you might hope. But the location and staff make this up in spades..

This hotel is 100% made by the amazing staff. When you first arrive you might think it’s not really 5 star, but the staff elevated the whole experience, and we ended up lovely it!

The pool size could have been a bit bigger, but it was acceptable

No real dislikes. Minor comment, the jacuzzi inside the room was no real plus.

The staff is amazing, very helpful, friendly, staff knows your first name. The pool is very good, excellent sunbeds. Location is very good, at walking distance from Fyra. Breakfast was excellent.

Absolutely nothing, it was all amazing

- Staff were so amazing, even though it was a short stay they made you feel like family, remembering your name and personalising the service. Nothing was too much trouble - Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from - Food served at other times during the day was also very good - Excellent location, 10 minute walk to Fira/Fira bus station Clean and modern room
