Wonderful staff I give 5 stars out of 5. The staff were polite, helpful and always smiling. Quiet small hotel, clean, delicious food, very comfortable sun loungers and close to the center. 5-days stay with friends, beautiful time in Santorini with wonderful staff who welcomed us with all their hearts. We will definitely come back.

We had a room with a Pool, the room was spacious, though could have done with more drawers The outside space was very good, you had your own pool but not private but that wasn't a problem, two outside seating areas that were shaded and pleasant. Main pool area was great with seating for snacks/drinks All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble We had a very relaxing stay.

EVERYTHING! The moment we walked in we were greeted by extremely happy and kind staff. Our bags were brought to the room as we were shown around. Our room was FABULOUS. I mean absolutely fabulous. The pool was always clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff...I think they really make the hotel what it is. They could not do enough for us. They were always smiling, always suggesting good places to go, always happy to help. It was just fantastic...we were so sad to leave. I could not recommend this hotel enough. They should be so proud of themselves.

This hotel was outstanding! All staff was extremely welcome and attentive everytime they saw us. They remembered us by name and had great recommendations for food and activities nearby. Our room was beautiful with a private pool. It felt like we had our own oasis. The breakfast was outstanding, both in the food and attentiveness of the staff. Kostas was the best restaurant supervisor I have ever seen. He made a point of knowing all guests personally and went above and beyond in every way, greeting us (and all other guests too), personally every time we saw him. He made us laugh and had such a welcoming vibe. The food in his restaurant was incredible, some of the best we had in our entire stay. I really can't recommend this hotel enough.

perfect experiences. no bad remark

Room with the pool really has a nice view, although because in early May still a bit cold, we didnot use the pool, but lay on the beach chair just seeing the see and the sky & cloud, quite relax. The breakfast is quite nice, for the first the restaurant staffs even explain to us what the specific food is, which is very uncommon. The staff in the front desk is quite nice and professional with nice smile. Although the hotel is not in the Fira town center, but in the quite place by 10 mins walking to the town bus station is quite convenient. As well, no need to carry the luggage to climb the step is adding points as the taxi can reach the entrance directly.

Wonderfully welcoming and friendly staff in all areas, Marilena, Katerina and Hope on reception, Kostas Dimitris and Malik for their service and help. Nicely situated hotel for exploring Fira and seeing the sunrise. Very clean and pleasant grounds and a great breakfast.

To be honest throughout my stay I couldn’t find anything to fault Astro palace on. The staff go well a live and beyond for everything. You need a transfer booked? Done, you need to know where the good restaurants are? Done. You want to book an atv for your stay? Done, and delivered right out the front for you. I just cannot fault the place

We had been traveling for 5 weeks when we arrived at Astro palace and the breakfast was by far the best we had our entire trip. It was the winner by a huge margin

The hotel itself is a bit isolated. in order to go to the center, one needs to walk on a busy street, without proper sidewalks, and drivers who drive fast and do not want to stop. A bit dangerous. It is not a long walk to the center, around 10 minutes, but one needs to climb the hill, which is a bit annoying on a hot day. Otherwise, the rest was perfect.

Everything. We got a free room upgrade, the room size, the views, the cleanliness, the varied breakfast, the swimming pool, and surrounding, the service, staff attitude, all was just perfect.

Not a massive big deal but the hotel is situated next to a fairly busy main road so you could hear traffic noise at certain times of the day.

The staff were brilliant, friendly & couldn’t do more for you. The pool area was a lovely relaxing area. Room was great.

The room was a lot more basic than we thought it was going to be, but it was spacious and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was a good size.

The service was absolutely brilliant throughout our entire stay, from arrival to leaving. Kostas, Katerina and the whole team made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the location was amazing, only a ten minute walk to central Fira and the bus station so we could travel easily to other towns too.

Hotel is a great location, only a short walk to the bus stop which is def worth using if you want to see other parts of the island as the services are good and cheap and only a short walk into the town. We had a room with a hot tub and balcony over looking the sea which was lovely. The staff at the hotel are amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. Would really recommend this hotel.

We felt like at home from the moment we walked in. Very friendly staff. Costas, Esperanza, Dimitris were fantastic, as well as all the other members of staff. Rooms are very clean and large.
