We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is ideal, approximately 5 minute walk to the restaurants / shops; the pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel room was well-equipped and very modern, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The man at the reception that covered the night shift was lovely, and we enjoyed our chats every evening when we returned for the night.

United KingdomOur A/C didn’t work as well as it should’ve, and we did ask about it being fixed. It improved slightly but wasn’t fixed. More food for non-meat eaters would be great: even omelettes had meat in.
Lovely spacious room with view of volcano. Clean facilities. Nice pool area with sun loungers. Did enjoy our stay though as just the right distance out of very busy Fira.

The only thing we have to say, if you are extremely sensitive to heat, is that the AC doesn’t reach the top floor where the bed is (there is a fan you can use) BUT this was a minor inconvenience for us as everything else was AMAZING. We would return when coming back to Santorini.

The room decor was modern and stylish and the rooms was spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with quality linens. The pool area was great with lovely sunbeds. The hotel was well located for getting into Fira and to the bus station without bring in centre of the city. A little bit close to a junction so was aware of road/ traffic when by pool. Staff very helpful.

United KingdomAstir Thira Hotel is placed at incredibly good location with a 5minute walk to the main city centre and bus stop. The staff working at this hotel are all exceptionally helpful, kind and always willing to help with any queries and requests. The breakfast included is very pleasant with a selection of ham, cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a hot selection too! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and if back at Santorini will definitely be booking a room at this hotel!!

The staff were amazing! We booked the volcano room, however when we arrived late the only room available was the pool view room, which was lovely. This was fine with us, apart from the price difference. The next day the lovely manager offered to move us, we preferred the pool room as it was quieter. The manager continued to offer compensation for us. Found us another room, they went above and beyond to make up for the room mistake, even doing our laundry! In the end we were by far financially better off. Highly recommend this lovely place, it’s only a 5 min walk to everything.
