Comfortable place to stay close to the center of Fira. Maria at the reception was very friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of good tips. She was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by one night when our ferry back to Athens was cancelled due to windy conditions.

The place is only five minutes away from the central bus station. The room is clean, spacious and luminous. Super friendly staff. We were very happy to have stayed here during our Santorini trip. Will choose this place again if I go back to Santorini.

Arrived before check in time and the room was already available. We were shown details of Wi-Fi code etc without needing to ask.Maria was very helpful and informed us re cleaning etc. she invited us to request any help as needed. I was able to get an iron and ironing board immediately on request. She also booked transfer taxis for the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good bathroom provision. The accommodation is centrally located, within 10 minutes walk of the restaurants etc overlooking the Caldera. The bus station and taxi rank were also just a few minutes walk away. It was located away from a Main Street so was quiet. A perfect location for central Fira, access to the main shopping area, restaurants etc, the funicular down to the old port and for bus/ taxis.There was a lovely bakery/ cake shop nearby which also did good take away coffee 😀

Property is in the center of Fira, nearby bus station. Room is really specious and exceptionally clean! The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is so clean and nice. Maria is such a lovely host!! We strongly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Loved that the room and bathroom were clean. We had a little patio that was perfect for air drying our bathing suits overnight. Also appreciated having an AC as well as a mini fridge to keep our drinks cool. Also it's in a very central location allowing you to go all over the island with ease.

We found it very convenient that the place is within walking distance (literally 5 minutes) to the main bus station as all the buses leave from there. Our room was spacious and we had all the amenities needed. As it was very warm, we were really happy that the fridge was quite big compared to other hotels. Room was not cleaned everyday but when we did ask for cleaning, they came immediately and cleaned it very nice for us by the time we got back to our room. The lady at the reception went above and beyond to help us with all of our requests. Until check-in we could store our luggages there, same thing at check-out as our plane left early in the evening. Next time we come to Santorini, we will surely stay here again! Thank you very much for the great service! It made our stay even better in Santorini!

Unit 103, Stairs to the mezzanine are narrow ,steep and limited on top. so tall folks beware, also because of the arched short ceiling over the mezzanine banged my head against the wall coming down the stairs.

Maria was very helpful, Great location close to the busy central areas and the same time peaceful and quiet because it's off the main street. Good place for price.

staff was very helpful and friendly but the office closes at 6pm so there is nobody around after that time if you need anything.

loved the excellent location walking distance to everything. The triple room was spacious with a large bathroom and a kitchenette.

Nothing bad. Great value for money. But if you are looking for caldera sunset views from your room, then this place is not for you. We were happy to walk up to cliff side (5mins walk) or take the bus for Oia and not pay double or even triple for our stay. So, it was perfect for us.

Very central location, close to both caldera and main road, bus station, but in a very quite street (only the AC produced some noise, but at night it was pretty cool, no problem sleeping without the AC). Very clean and nice, mosaic tile covered bathroom. Spacious, big rooms, Kind and welcoming host, helped us with bus schedules and arranged taxi to port.
