It would have been nice if the water in the spa on our patio could have been a little warmer.

The location was great. The best views of the caldera and walking distance to all the action. Dimitris and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The included champagne breakfast served on our private patio was great.

Wonderful location. It couldn’t be more central. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Easy to find. Super nice staff. Packed us a breakfast box the night before our early flight the next morning. Booked and walked us to the taxi.

Views over the harbour, sea and surrounding islands were absolutely stunning. The staff couldn't be more friendly, and the champagne breakfast just great. Would definitely go back there.

The location can’t be beat in Fira, close to everything and view is simply beautiful. Breakfast is a sumptuous feast brought to your villa at your convenience. Staff is awesome, always ready to serve and help out. Perfect getaway!

Too many stairs but it was worth it

The view was sensational. The spa was amazing especially when watching the sunset. Breakfast in the terrace was a great way to start the day with beautiful views.

Like any other hotel in Santorini, going to your room requires good physical conditions and a lot of stairs steps.

The breakfast is served to your room on daily basis. This by itself is the best trate of this hotel. I stayed at the gallata suite. The view was amazing. The staff was also the highlight. They will guide you and help you with everything. It’s like personalized concierge service.

It needs a bit of sprucing up as it is a bit run down. The towels I received had cigarette smell, which I dislike. Maybe they should have a common area for breakfast. The staff running up and down with breakfast trays seems torture to me. It’s a tough job and lots of guests are sometimes thankless about this.

Location. Views. Hot water pressure in the bathroom!!! Air conditioning was excellent! Smart tvs for Netflix etc work wonders on a hot afternoon. Breakfast was very good.

Cafe is just next to La Luna, and see eye to eye with the customers there in the end of the balcony. Something like white movable partition for privacy would have made the stay perfect of perfect. But, tiny minor thing in consideration of other magnificent elements.

Absolutely stunning views from the room we booked! Jacuzzi was prepared with the perfect temperature and the room is as advertised in the photos provided. Spacious and has everything needed for a couple nights stay. The property manager and his partner were very helpful and easily contactable via WhatsApp. They helped prepare our transport to and from the airport/port, booked our ATV and also recommended tours and places to eat. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the restaurants and shops in Fira and the town centre. Breakfast was amazing and had a variety of choices, with the views you can’t ask for more! Would very much recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future!
