Everything about this property is amazing. Even before we arrived we received exemplary service from Nikoleta. Very responsive and answered all of our concerns. The location is perfect just a few meters away from the central area of Oia. It has sunset views from the balcony. The place is also very affordable for the location. We were touched that there was a fully stocked fridge and it was all complimentary 😍 I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit. 10/10

A Nespresso machine or stove for our Moka Pot would have been good to have

Our stay was pretty much perfect, amazing scenic location in Oia with an incredible view from the shared terrace. We sat out there every day for breakfast and dinner/drinks, it had plenty of sunshades, loungers, tables and chairs and it was so much better than going to fancy restaurants! The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean with a functional fridge, A/C, toaster and microwave. Dishes and cutlery were fine for making some basic meals like salad using ingredients from the grocery stores (there are a few within walking distance in Oia). The snacks upon arrival were a nice touch though we did end up buying more food for breakfasts.

Amazing place with an amazing view! Nikoleta, the owner of the place, left us a fridge with snacks, really nice of her! Also, she was very kind and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and the bed very comfortable. The best part is that you can also use the terrace and the jacuzzi of the Aspa Caves, amazing view!!!! Glad we stayed in this place.

Perfect location! Only a short walk into Oia, There was also a bus stop opposite villa which went into Oia then to Fira where you could catch other buses to all parts of the island. We stayed in the Superior Apartment which had a hot tub overlooking Oia and the sunsets.

The host was incredibly helpful and a delight. The view from the terrace and spa was spectacular. The small thoughtful touches like wine and small goods and doing our washing was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend to any travellers to Santorini.

The location was great, close to centre, on bus route and beautiful view from the terrace. The room was large and well equipped with everything we needed. The room was very clean and made up daily. Information was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect. Short 5 minute walk to the centre of Oia and just far enough away from the madness. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable with a private terrace and hot tub overlooking the Caldera. Nikoleta and her staff were very welcoming and we were greeted with a full fridge and a lovely bottle of local wine on our arrival. Looking forward to coming back soon

Very nice, cosy and well-equipped room. Welcoming gift on table and breakfast goodies in fridge are a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Nikoleta has been really helpful, allowing us early check-in as the room is available earlier. Love the view of the sea and scenery at the terrace. Walking distance to Oia town centre, with bus-stop to Fira just across the road.

Private hot tub was on a timer which we didn't know it would be and definitely limited our ability to enjoy it on our time.

Clean with ample space for us two. Nice to have food and wine awaiting our arrival. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about their space. Private (big) terrace was more than we were expecting :)

Everything was great!

Location was great! Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The terrace with sea view was amazing! Perfect for sunset. Nikoleta was great :) The stocked mini fridge was a great addition that we weren't expecting.

Swimming pool was too cold to use

Staff (Nikoleta is so friendly and helpful). Loved our room (room 1), complimentary food and drink in our room, location was perfect, close to everything, hot tub was great. Access to roof terrace where we watched the amazing sunsets

The shower floor is a little slippery.

It has a terrace to watch sunset and the view is awesome. Enjoyed the warm jacuzzi as well. Walking distance to oia castle for another sunset view and restaurants for food. Bus stop to/from Fira is right outside the villa. Owner is helpful to arrange transport to/from airport.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations ! The rooms are very beautiful, the view is breathtaking, everything was marvelous. I just want to thank Nikoleta for everything and all the staff of the hotel who were very helpful and kind. I will come back for sure and I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything! Location, facilities, scenery, terrace, welcome goodies, amenities - everything truly exceeded our expectations. Nikoleta was the loveliest host and was in constant communication. We checked in after hours and she provided very clear and detailed instructions about how to get to our room. The wine and various food items in the fridge were an unexpected but very welcome bonus as we arrived late and didn’t feel like venturing out to find a meal. The bus stop just across from the hotel reception was very helpful, particularly on a hot day! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ms Nikoleta is the most hospitable and kind person I ever met. The service is over the top. The hotel is amazing! Beautiful tarrace to sit in the evening to watch sunset and chill out. Breathtaking view from the terrace. The hotel is 10 minutes walking to the most famous places in Oia.

The best holiday we have ever! Owners and Staff were great, our flight was delayed but we kept in touch with Nikoletta all that time, we have landed late at night and this wasn't a problem for us to enter our apartment. Welcome basket was full of everything you need and bottle of Santorini wine which was delicious. Amazing location and views, Aspa Villas is close to village centre with all restaurants, shops etc. Owners were always happy to help, I'm so pleased we have chose to stay at Aspa Villas.
