Great location, fantastic communication with the owner, all useful information was provided ahead of the arrival. Beautiful view from the room tarrace. Lovely welcome surprise (wine, fridge filled with goodies, e.g., juice, yoghurts, cake, cheese). Well equipped kitchen and toiletries provided. Service above expectations. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent.

Our apartment was a short walk into Oia which was perfect to view the sunset and to take an early morning walk to see the beautiful sights before the crowds arrived. It had a lovely terrace area as well with beautiful views. Nikoleta and her team are exceptional hosts checking in to see if we were ok. A range of provisions were provided to help with self catering.

The location was ideal—just a short 5-minute walk to the center of Oia, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring a private terrace and a hot tub with stunning views of the Caldera. Nikoleta and her staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with a fully stocked fridge and a delightful bottle of local wine upon our arrival. Can't wait to return soon!

Location is just right, not too far from the town center and avoids tourist crowds. Friendly and professional staff. Enjoy great sunset dinner and hot tub on top floor. Very pleasant 2 nights stay for us.

Everything was perfect. The owner's welcome emails were most informative making it very easy to reach the location. The young lady at the reception desk was courteous, polite and tireless in answering all my questions and most helpful in providing directions and organising the tours. The location was excellent, close to all amenities (local supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stop) and a short stroll away from the centre of Oia .Neat and tidy, well organised, comfortable, self- sufficient room providing an amazing, breathtaking, mesmerising sea view. The atmosphere was most welcoming and cosy, felt like home. The hostess was warm, cordial, friendly, kind and open-hearted making sure everything was fine and providing a wealth of information about the island. Highly recommend Aspa villas.

The staff, facilities, room, location (extra emphasis on location - it was PERFECT), pool, hot tubs, view and other aspects of Aspa were all exceptional. This place exceeded our expectations and we hope to have the privilege of staying here in the future.

Wifi was really rubbish Had two to try but we couldn’t get onto either so used 4G

Room only . For a couple Air conditioned Shower / toilet in bathroom with shower gel / shampoo etc . A coffee maker / kettle / microwave so that we could make tea and coffee in the morning . Fridge filled on arrival with bread / cake / orange juice and a nice bottle of wine . We had stairs up to terrace with four loungers and a table and chairs and hot tub with sunset views and views over Oia. There was a small shared pool for all the apartments which was cleaned daily and had sunbeds . Our two daughters had another apartment which had no hot tub but was also very nice . This was adjacent to the pool and had a table and chairs outside which was lovely in the evening for a pre dinner drink . This apartment was quite a bit cheaper and really nice too with a fridge stocked on arrival . Fresh towels Daily cleaning Really friendly family running the place

Street going to Aspa villa is a one way, so if you're driving plan accordingly.

The communal balcony on the caldera was amazing. It had a jacuzzi, sunbeds, and multiple little tables and chairs with umbrellas. We sat there with a glass of wine at least once a day to enjoy the view. The walk to oia town took about 20 minutes and was very scenic. The room was comfortable, bathroom had good water pressure, kitchenette had everything you need for a few days stay. There was a spot to hang washing right outside the room. The pool area had sunbeds and was sheltered from the street. There is a company to hire cars/ATVs right across the street. There's also a bus stop and a shop for essentials across the street.

Everything was great!

Everything was great. Nikoleta was very helpful and contacted several times before arrival. It is a small hotel with super service, very close to sightseeings in Oia. Right in front of the supermarket and the bus stop, so it was super easy to access other cities by bus. Cleaning service was done daily.

The only thing that could be improved for us would have been the outdoor areas. It was really hard getting any shade in the second half of the day because the umbrellas were fixed and on the wrong side of the seating for the sun. So we spent more time in the room than we would have liked hiding from the sun. I think a few more shady spots and some softer lighting in the seating area would have made a big difference! The air con units kicking out heat and the lack of shade in the seating area in the evening really were a challenge!

The staff were wonderful, welcoming and friendly! The bed was comfy which is so important for us when we are staying away, it wasn't too hard or too soft. They cleaned the place each day and it was very kind of them to have left us a bottle of wine and a birthday card! The location is great, you are out of the way of the crowds but close enough to walk in. The pool is nice and there are a few hot tubs you can use too.

Everything was perfect!

Everything about my stay here is perfect! Nikoleta was very hands-on and accommodated all my queries and requests. She was also very responsive via whatsapp and have helped me on my transfers and tours. I felt well taken care of - from the check-in to check-out. The food and wine was very much appreciated! Everything you need is right in your room, it's like a home away from home! The best bit is the hot tub and the view overlooking the sunset and caldera. It was indeed a very relaxing stay!

Great location, and fantastic views from terrace. This was my favourite part of my stay, sitting on the terrace and taking in the breath taking views during the day and at night. Immaculately clean. Regular daily cleaning service. New towels every day. Even have swimming towels for pool. Great personal touches eg. the bottle of wine, food in the fridge, sewing kit, and even a shaving kit! Supply of sugar, coffee and milk is beyond any amount you could possibly get through. Good storage facilities and generally speaking you have anything you could possibly need. Great communication from host before arriving. Very hospitable, even texted to see how our first night was and if we needed anything. Absolutely outstanding service from host. I would definitely return to Aspa Villas, if ever I was fortunate enough to go back to Santorini

Everything about this property is amazing. Even before we arrived we received exemplary service from Nikoleta. Very responsive and answered all of our concerns. The location is perfect just a few meters away from the central area of Oia. It has sunset views from the balcony. The place is also very affordable for the location. We were touched that there was a fully stocked fridge and it was all complimentary 😍 I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit. 10/10

A Nespresso machine or stove for our Moka Pot would have been good to have

Our stay was pretty much perfect, amazing scenic location in Oia with an incredible view from the shared terrace. We sat out there every day for breakfast and dinner/drinks, it had plenty of sunshades, loungers, tables and chairs and it was so much better than going to fancy restaurants! The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean with a functional fridge, A/C, toaster and microwave. Dishes and cutlery were fine for making some basic meals like salad using ingredients from the grocery stores (there are a few within walking distance in Oia). The snacks upon arrival were a nice touch though we did end up buying more food for breakfasts.

Amazing place with an amazing view! Nikoleta, the owner of the place, left us a fridge with snacks, really nice of her! Also, she was very kind and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and the bed very comfortable. The best part is that you can also use the terrace and the jacuzzi of the Aspa Caves, amazing view!!!! Glad we stayed in this place.

Perfect location! Only a short walk into Oia, There was also a bus stop opposite villa which went into Oia then to Fira where you could catch other buses to all parts of the island. We stayed in the Superior Apartment which had a hot tub overlooking Oia and the sunsets.
